Tops Pizza

The pizza was great. It was fluffy, cheesy and piping hot (we live about 1.5miles away). Customer service was great. I ordered on the Top Pizza app with no problems. This is a fairly new place and I think it deserves more attention.👍🏼 Pizzas shown in pics: BBQ chicken, tandoori lover, California/pepperoni half and half.

I would like to share my experience with Tops pizza in Southall..
Staff in the store is not professional at all.
I want to give them -10 out of 10 because they don't even know how to speak to a customer.
A customer is the most important person to any business but I see that Tops pizza Southall isn't at all worried about the customers reviews.
#I do not recommend this Pizza spot to any of the customer.
I don't want anyone to be the next victim...

Passing from the shop and saw the shop was packed I thought there is promotion going on went and ordered a pizza they gave me 25 mins but my order was ready before the expected time to be very honest the pizza was fresh and amazing and for a pizza shop think they r very busy bit now I know the pizza and quality they give is its another level.
Highly recommend.

Pathetic customer service.
They say that order will be ready in few minutes but they will give your order after a decade....,😡😡😡😠😠😠
They only care about the money which customer pays
Order the pizza and forget about the order to arrive for an hour.
This is a serious concern how you communicate with the customer.
You don't have any manners/ discipline.
Do you speak with your Mother and father the same way????
Because you don't sound polite while speaking to a customer and that's what happen with me in my recent interaction with the Tops Pizza🍕 staff in the Southall....

Tops Pizza (Southall) is unequivocally the worst place I have ever ordered food from, let alone pizza.

Not only are the staff incredibly unprofessional and careless, but I cannot overstate how awful the service generally is. There is little care made into giving you your food as soon as possible, staff will continuously lie about the time remaining as they struggle to balance online/phone orders with customers at the counter. It is absolutely unreasonable that their pizzas take no shorter than 30-35 minutes to be given on usual evenings.

Unfortunately, the pizza offered at Tops is perhaps even worse than its abysmal service. The toppings taste bland, the crust resembles somewhat like cardboard, and I haven’t tasted cheese as bad as the standard offered here. I question if these ingredients are fresh at all, or it is that the staff have no idea on how to make a presentable, edible pizza. I have never ordered pizza that smelled so distasteful. The standards of pizza and takeaway is terribly poor in Southall, yet Tops does not even meet this bar.

Recently I ordered two pizzas over the counter on a usual evening, only to receive them after more than an hour waiting and both being completely different orders than I had asked. Of course, Tops Pizza is only interested in making money from its customers and does not know how to operate as a respectable business.

I cannot recommend enough that people do not buy food from this place. There is a complete lack of regard for what pizza you order. This is a clear health and safety concern and an issue for those who specific dietary requirements. If it is bland, questionably fresh takeaway you are looking for, I implore you look at the hundreds of other terrible businesses that operate within a mile or two of this business. Just avoid wasting your time with these disgraceful people that do not know how to make an edible pizza.

I ordered some pizzas recently from here and the experience I had from this shop was atrocious. Firstly, the worker who claimed to be the owner was so rude and lacked any sort of decorum over the phone after I made a simple request. Secondly, the delivery took so long to the point that I had to cancel the order, as I ended up ordering food for my kids from elsewhere . Having been frustrated that food wasn’t coming, the worker who proclaimed to be the owner was yelling at me over the phone like I was to be held responsible for their poor service. I won’t be ordering from here unfortunately.

The worst service I have ever received. After the initial delivery confirmation of 40 min I had to call them twice and received the order 2 hours later!!! I appreciate its busy period but just don't give wrong information every time I call. Just tell me it's going to be 2 hours at the first place! Never gonna order from them again!
