Domino's Pizza - Stevenage - Old Town

I ordered a Pizza from here to be delivered to my home and 5 min later they said we don't have delivery after taken my money, which is on their website it
says delivery available they ask me to pick it up with delay

Great service from the team, had a situation i needed sorting out, and they done everything they can to accommodate me. recommend.

Used the app to order and collect a pizza. Very good deal. App kept me up to date with process. Would recommend. Pizza was perfect

Went to place an order only to find out it is now card only this isn't good enuf as my card is machine only meaning I only deal in cash. (Visa card got attacked by fraud a while back and closed it)

Dreadful service. Ordered 3 pizzas with extra dips at 6:15pm on Thursday 3rd February 2022. I got updates via the Domino's tracker app, at 7:17pm the tracker reckoned the pizzas had been delivered. Call the store and asked where they were. Their response we have made a mistake updating the tracker at our end, the pizzas are on their way. 7:36pm the driver comes, he arrived with one pizza and the dips. I said where is the rest of my order? He had no idea, he said you need to call the store to arrange delivery of the other two pizzas. I sent him away with the one pizza and dips. Phoned the store again and was told the are having issues with this particular driver and this is the 4th time he has done this. Not entirely sure what that meant, any how, I asked for 3 fresh pizzas and the dips and to get them to me promptly. 8:11pm a different driver arrives with the complete order. All of it was luke warm, I say this loosely as it was boarder line stone cold. I suspect the pizzas delivered were all of the original ones prepared at 6:15pm. I may as well have opened my front door at 6:15pm and thrown £30 odd quid into the wind. All the pizzas had to be put into tin foil and reheated in the oven. A takeaway is an expensive luxury that requires the customer to do no leg work for their food. This entire experience was a complete shambles. I'll be calling back today to request a refund.

Best pizza in the town. Ordered in store on a busy day and waiting time was acceptable. Really nice staff, helpful and by the look of it pretty hard working. Pizza was flawless, nice, and tasty. Their cookies are amazing.

I ordered my pizza at 8.30pm and its not here yet 10pm, says its been delivered and can't get them on the phone, this is the 2nd time this has happened. Won't be ordering again which is a same cos they do good pizzas
