Pizza is good. Service bad. Expect to wait double/triple amount of time. We been with you for years and lately its very bad service. I can see you have plenty reviews with same problem. Time to solve it. You call them after an hour , they say its 15 min left and apologise for delay. 30 min later they will still not be here. So 45 min that they promise you almost have to triple that amount lately.

Ordered 2 pizzas, only one delivered. Promised the missing one would be minutes away, didnt arrive. Called the main number and was told it had been delivered as they could hear my dog barking! Finally arrived after being fob with with excuses that its not there fault, was the drivers fault, etc etc. Shame, used to be good and reliable

Price is very competitive compared to mainstream competitors. Pizza itself is really tasty. Would recommend Veg hot one if spicy is your preference.

I have been ordering from here regularly for a year and the deliveries are usually timely and I love their pizza so much. I ordered tonight at 8.35pm and it is nearly 11pm and the food is not here, they are not picking up the phone, and we are very very hungry!!!! How can I get a refund for the food i paid for? I am so disappointed because I’ll definitely think twice before risking using them again.

I’m having the same experience as a lot of customers on here. I’ve waited over 2 hours for a pizza to arrive in two occasions now. It’s so sad; this place used to be the best in customer service. All good things come to end it seems. Won’t be ordering from here again unfortunately. I can build a pizza oven and make a pizza by the time Mama’s delivers.

Ridiculously bad customer service, wouldn’t even give them the one star rating if I could. Completely burnt the wings and when I called to ask if there was anything they could do, the guy said it’s ‘well done’. He was very rude and didn’t even want to listen and ended up cutting call whilst we were in the middle of talking. Took incredibly long to deliver, food was cold and burnt. Don’t waste your time on bland, burnt and cold food.

Eddie (the manager) is exploiting his staff and has NO customer service skills. Waiting over 3 hours for delivery so went in the shop to observe him bullying his staff members telling me not to speak to them whilst they are crying because of his aggressive and rude behaviour. I am absolutely shocked that he feels entitled to speak to his staff members and intimidate then in this manner. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Coleslaw was a month out of date - only noticed after I paid the price as it were....... I do not recommend these dangerous people.
