Domino's Pizza - Hook

It's the first week of opening but the team at Domino's seem to have got it worked out. The parking is a bit tight when it's busy so be careful but the pizza is just what you'd expect from Domino's. Our order was complicated but the guy on the phone was fantastic.

Went there last night to order for collection. Had to wait there nearly an hour as my pizza was sent to someone else. Manager was throwing dough trays everywhere in anger. What a atmosphere I had experienced. I will not go there again. Pizza was not even brilliantly cooked. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately this Domino's has gone downhill since opening. Although the service can be very quick on delivery, the quality of the pizzas is dropping dramatically.

They often put way too much sauce on the pizza which makes your topping fall off, The whole pizza just looks sloppy and messy. Also the sizes of the pizzas getting delivered are questionable. I order maybe once twice a month and each time I order a large pizza 13.5 but I'm getting the size of a medium 11.5 I was that guy and I took a tape measure to it tonight and it's a medium pizza, not a large.

Please sort this out, we don't have many takeaways in hook.

We had an issue with our order but they immediately fixed this and made it right. Good customer service.

I've had many bad experiences at different dominos to which I won't return, however this one is different. Have ordered several times and the food is always on time, hot and the drivers have always been pleasant.

Did not deliver half of our order .. promised to redeliver and didn't. Spent 40 minutes waiting for them to answer the phone to be told abruptly by Sophie she was too busy to refund me. She said she'd do it in the week?! Suffice to say I haven't had the items refunded. The pizza leaves alot to be desired in any case.. my advice is to avoid..

Absolutely usless website! No delivery option in Hook!
Please give up business!!

Last two times ordered from here have been called up and asked to collect or will be forced to wait an hour longer. Why offer delivery and even charge £1.50 for it if you're going to call your customers to collect instead?
