Licata Pizzeria

Best woodfired pizza I have had in a long time. Pizzeria staff were extremely friendly and even gave me a 15" pizza for the price of a 13"!! Quick turn around time, my pizza was ready 10 minutes post ordering. Keep up the good work, will Defo be back soon. Licata is my new go to when I'm in the mood for pizza.

Appalling service. Food ordered at 5pm and quoted at around 45 minutes. Phoned at 6pm to be told that the driver should have been with us by now. Phoned again and they said he was stuck in heavy traffic on one of the the roads (which backs on to our house and was completely clear at the time). The manager then told my wife he had no time to talk on the phone while she was complaining. Food arrives at 6.40pm. Completely tasteless as stated in other reviews. I'll never be using this place again that's for sure.

Ordered a takeaway pizza and it arrived stone cold, burnt and damaged. Also forty minutes late

Honestly dreadful, we won’t be using them again and I high recommend others don’t either. Much better around, don’t waste your money on this place

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Service is astonishingly rude, what terrible customer service. Food is mediocre at best, and arrived basically 85mins after ordering, with no update or anything. When the food arrived, the best part of the meal was the drink as it was still fizzy! Tasteless pizza. A joke.

Guys this pizza is by far the best in the area and Borough even. I ordered on the off chance and it came 15 minutes early. Lovely service and amazing pizza. I highly recommend you order this

Just don’t bother to order from here. I ordered a penne pasta and got sent plain spaghetti with egg - flavourless and disgusting. When I called the restaurant to complain they were rude and made it seem as if it was my fault for ordering something they had sold out of, they agreed a refund and then hung up. A week later and no refund given, called again to chase my refund (£30) and they now can’t help and wont be giving me a refund for food I would not have fed a homeless dog. Rude staff, rubbish food... waste of money!

Ordered an anchovies pizza. They delivered something completely different. I called them to have the right item delivered. They've said they don't deliver the pizzas, but they actually have their own drivers. Extremely rude, not helpful at all. On top, we've had a slice of the pizza they delivered, disgusting. Just don't.

Ordered via Deliveroo. Order never turned up despite paying for it. Tried calling the 'restaurant' multiple times. Deliveroo informed me they use their own drivers and could not help.
They are thieves, do not use.
