Had my pizza delivered to the hotel by very polite delivery guy. Rang me on the way as requested so could collect at reception.

Pizza was large, fresh, hot and delicious.

Would defo recommend and reuse when I’m in the area again.

Waoooo, i dont know what happened to this place!!!is the managment been changed ?but this is a joke! Ordered a pizza at 19:38, for collection!they said its gonna be ready in 20min, i went there 30mins later.. they said another 5-6mins and its done!finaly in a total of an hour later at 20:36 when i went back to chek whats going on, they told me that they dont have my order🤣, seriously a clown show! I been getting pizza's here, the last 5 years ive been ordering just from them since in my opinion they had the best pizza's in Hayes!prior left 5⭐️but from a while i noticed their pizzas are not the same like before, and their costumer service.... a joke!👎🏻so had to change my review, very disappointing...

I’ve been going here since high school, but they’ve changed something about the Pizza in recent times, it’s just not the same taste anymore. Tastes like a standard pizza from any pizza place now.

extremely rude and unprofessional, the new management team only care about money. We made a large order over the phone and was only prepared after we paid and got to the shop. These guys are also accepting only cash to avoid tax even though they have working card machines. Food is greasy and well overpriced for what it is. Awful customer service and cleanliness, workers do not wash their hands, avoid at all costs !!

Pop pizza is getting worse by day by day ... The pizza are so bad now while it's under new management... Food is not how it used to be . . Pizza are not tasty .. not sure what kind of ingredients they are using these days but it's really terrible taste... Hopefully the new owners will do something about it before they start losing more customers

I ordered a Pizza from here. The quality was not good at all. Pizza was very greasy and small. Old managment was more organised and there pizza was always nice and fresh. Its a shame. I will not be ordering from here anymore.

Realised a few weeks later this place DOES NOT serve halal meat.

Passable food. I ate the quarter pounder and chicken burger. Both were fresh and decent in size, slightly on the heavy side which is good. The chicken burger didn't have enough of a distinct taste just a standard fried chicken taste. The quarter pounder was nice. Not amazing but decent.
