Three Lads

We ordered a double pepperoni & peppers pizza a cheese burger & cheesy chips the food came the pizza had 1 piece of meat & no peppers and burnt, also a cheese burger that came with black hair in, I was nearly sick and the cheesy chips were grey. We complained they told us we could have our money back my sister gave her card details & the money were still waiting for it. We ring the shop and get fobbed off. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER THINK FOOD HYGIENE NEED TO MAKE A VISIT PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Ordered last night and the food was terrible. Had a Kebab with naan with Pepsi and chips for £5. The Kebab meat was discusting and the bread was terrible. And the portion sizes where tiny!

They forgot the chips so we called and said they we deliver them in half and hour! Even though we live less than a 5 minute drive away from the takeaway!

The chips arrived finally after 45 minutes and again they where terrible. All I can say is SOGGY! They through in some complementary onion rings and pizza. They shouldn’t have bothered because the onion rings were again SOGGY and the pizza just went straight in the bin.

Would not suggest going at all! A rip off and the food is terrible!

Zero stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Terrible service. Ordered food for 19:30, it arrived at 18:00. We asked him to come back as friends were coming over, which he said he would. 20:00, still no food, rang up and was told it was on its way. 20:30, still no food, rang up - on its way. Only when questioned were we told that they had cancelled our order. They had apparently tried to deliver it at the correct time but there was no one in! (Rubbish). Really, really bad service.

The food was horrible, the chips were warmed up and the chicken didn't taste like chicken and the garlic bread was hard, I will never order from here again!!!! As for the delivery driver he made my sister feel very uncomfortable!

I ordered a donner kebab and a chicken tikka kebab with chips, honestly the best kebab ive had in ages, delivery arrived within the time given, driver was polite was very happy with the overall service and food will be ordering from here again

Avoid this take out. Serious attitude problems!!!! Customer service skills - zero. I used to order from this place regularly year or so ago. Food wasn’t great but came quickly- me personally when I order my take out I’m hungry and need the food to arrive ASAP so scarifised on quality. Then there started to be larger problems, food went down hill further, poorer quality even if you are intoxicated you won’t appreciate it, food arriving mega late and cold, over 2 hours!!! This didn’t happen on just one occasion either. Incorrect items delivered, the list goes on.... any how I gave it a good 8 months or so hoping those staff/ management had left and the business had had a turn around. So giving them the benefit of the doubt I placed an order via phone call. Everything fine and dandy, but then I hear the price and delivery window.... I decided to go on just eat app to check the prices out on there. Not only are they charging the delivery fee (this I’ve only ever been charged using just eat app) they were also charging me more money for the food items I ordered. I called to discuss but the man whom answered the phone had a serious stick up his backside. “I’ll cancel your order, you order it off just eat, I cancel it now” basically he didn’t give a cr**!!! Clearly the staff, management & owners do not care This is just a cash cow business. So if you want sh** food that arrives late and cold, get overcharged on items, lack of customer service this establishment maybe exactly what you’re looking for....

This place was the best pizza place in Arnold but now it's the worst. Pizza is never cooked properly and always arrives cold and tasting like rubber and the chips are the same. They also cost more than papa Papa John's, dominos and pizza hut. Plus If they forget any of your food they won't redeliver it, instead they will give you a 5 pound voucher valid for 7 days or tell you they will give you free stuff next time you order.

I complained about my order and they still sent the wrong order! When i told them they could have the food back and i want my money back they told me no! This place should be closed down and we need to make that happen as a community
