Pizza to go

Stoped at the shop to pick up pizza and the store says (free delivery). I made sure by asking the guy at the counter.
When I got home the guy on the phone says the pizza costs 4 pounds more than the shop price if I want it delivered. and if I want it for the original price then I should go for collection.
I asked what is free delivery then. And needless to say the quick and unclear explanation got me to cancel ordering.

Two stars because they encouraged me to cook at home and feel healthy. 👍

I paid £15 for burnt pizza literally burnt black and when I called the man was extremely rude and gave me attitude saying that it’s not burnt. He told me that even if he sends a new one it’s gonna be the same. I still wanted a new one. So I’m here waiting for my new pizza.

The staff were very rude and they also unprofessional because they smoke outside and make pizza afterwards. So order now if you don’t care about your health.

I am definitely not coming here again.

Ordered from here and completely received burnt and wrong order. Called them and made excuses. The guy was pretending to be the manager so he was trying to get away with it by apologizing and cut the phone. So I requested refund and they said they already delivered the order. Not recommending this place.

Its ok. The BBQ pizza i ordered didnt really take BBQ, but it was ok anyway. Very good mozzarella sticks.

I bought a pizza today 30/09/22, more than 2 hour ago and the restaurant is 13 minutes from my house, it left for delivery more than 30 minutes ago the delivery estimate was at 19:55 and now it's 20:45 and I can't talk to the phone and I will have to go there to cancel the order and ask for my money back, as both Pizzaria and uber did not solve the problem. Guys, I don't recommend that you place orders at this Pizzeria, just because they deliver with their own driver and when you leave, you should make at least 6 deliveries per exit to save on delivery.
Not to mention the phone number is busy.

Ordered one of the meal deals... It was ok... Definitely not the best of quality. The wings felt old and reheated but yer.. It was ok.....

I ordered a small pizza margherita and a large pepperoni pizza, and was brought the completely wrong pizza's. Instead they brought me two pizza's (with the large pizza missing a slice). When I called them back about my order, they laughed and told me they had placed my pizza's ontop or next to old pizza sitting there from the night before and the driver accidently picked up the wrong ones. I think this is disgusting as old pizza should never be confused with someones new order. Also why was it not thrown away during a time of Covid, how do you explain the missing slice was it returned, and now this is a concern of cross contamination. I wouldn't recommend eating here, yes prices are low but at what cost !
