Firezza used to be decent, I'm not sure what happened to the kitchen but I ordered what was probably the worst pizza I ever had in my entire life! Just look at the pictures in this review. The dough was more like a cracker than an actual dough, the seasoning was dry and acidic, and the pizza was cold. It looked like it was a week old pizza, non edible. A frozen pizza would have tasted 100 times better.

Firezza used to be very good, and I used to be a very regular customer of theirs, up until the beginning of Covid or so; their quality of service and food has significantly deteriorated since, and they are very overpriced considering the service they offer. During that period I had 2 - 3 bad experiences with them (pizza was either very late or never arrived) so I stopped ordering. Recently I decided to test my luck again and I had another very bad experience (the pizza was 1.5 hrs late and it arrived cold and dry, as if it was left out for 2 days), so I can confidently say that I will never order from them again.

Wow, I am shocked with some of these negative reviews, but for us, Firezza is by far the best deal for tasty pizza around. The website is easy to use. Great loyalty program. No Deliveroo charges. I usually only pay around £20-25 for three 14" pizzas to feed my family. The people at the actual location are nice and accommodating. We order once/week at least. Great franchise, highly recommended!

I have been a Firezza customer for a long time. I always considered that was one of the best in London. I had pizzas from this shop twice.
The first one was the Formaggi, Disappointed. Completely dry and the quantity of the topping was very low. But you know, it can happen.
The second one was Patate pizza.
Disappointed. Completely dry, again, quantity of the topping was very low. I can understand that with all the competition you need to take under control the costs but this is unsatisfactory. You get just the dough with something on it and taste poorly.
I hope you can improve.

Update 12/11/2022
Nothing has changed. Poor Poor quality.
I'm speechless.

Ordered pizza for 7pm, at 7.10 I called them, they said another 15 min maybe. No sorry, no nothing. It’s been 20 min since and still no sign of the driver. Kids are sitting hungry waiting. Never again! Low ratings totally justified!

Avoid. Terrible experience on both accounts. First time I ordered a pizza and some chicken bites, went down to collect at the collection time only to find out they hadn't started preparing it.... Handed over the pizza after a 20 minute wait, however the chicken bites had been forgotten. Eventually once all was ready, arrived home to find the chicken bites were still frozen on the inside!!!

Thought this may have been a one off and wanted to support the local pizzaria, so decided to attempt again, what a mistake this was! Same scenario, went down to collect at the collection time after placing the order only to find the pizza hadn't yet been started. Another 20 minute wait for the most depressing and bland pizza, certainly scrimp on the toppings too. Very disappointing, shall not be returning!

Ordered online via their website with an advised 30 minutes delivery time. System said the two pizzas and mozzarella sticks would be with us at 15:02 however, at that time they hadn't event left the restaurant. Called the place at 15:20 to be told they had no drivers and we needed to wait at least another 15 minutes until one would be available. I shared my concern that the food will probably be cold by the time it arrives but the person on the phone said this wouldn't be the case. Food ended up arriving an hour after it was supposed to come, packaging was drenched and food was obviously cold. We warmed up the pizza an it's okay but it has a very prominent cardboard box taste. I'm aware it's the World Cup Final but one would expect the restaurant would be prepared for the potentially higher demand.

Awful experience. Normally order from the Willesden Green branch but is sadly closed. Pizza was supposed to arrive at 7.20 and ended up being delivered at 7.50pm. I can understand a delay due to order numbers but the pizza itself was really cold and I ended up having to put it in the oven. Not what you want to do when ordering a take away.

Staff at Hampstead branch not really able to say anything and ended up just staying silent on the phone until I mentioned a refund. Though, apparently I now have to wait up to 3 days until management is back. Guess we’ll see what happens.
