Pizza On Demand - Beckenham

Online prices are an absolute rip off. Ordered a 10.5 inch pizza that cost over £11 only to arrive to collect it and see posters advertising the same pizza for 5.99 or two for the price I had just paid. When I queried it with the guy in store he said it was the people running the website, so I opened the chat support on the website the guy on there said I could email the store manager, which I did. He ignored the email. I then got a generic email asking me to review the order, and for the sake of fairness I rang the store to offer them an opportunity to earn a good review, and after more excuses he hung up on me. Considering I used the website to avoid tying up busy staff on the phone I see no good reason why ordering online should be twice the price, or why I should order from them again after they overcharged me and treated me like a mug.

I don't normally order pizza , and I wished I never ordered pizza from this place, the pizza was priced as a medium but it was really a small pizza. The man I spoke to was EXTREMELY RUDE over the phone and very aggressive. I was outraged by the lack of customer service from the man, I plan to make a full complaint as customers should never be treated in that way, especially when the customer is trying to resolve the issue.
Overall I had a very bad experience with the restaurant and I would not recommend it anyone.

I explained too the shop i wanted a large portion of chips he charged me £5 when its only £2.50 on there menu and this is what i got after waiting 20 minutes with nobody else in the store absolutely terrible

After placing my order online I phoned them to change the time. The line was noisy and choppy but I managed to get it changed. I made the order at 16.54 and asked to be delivered to 19.00. Well after my dinner turns up nearly 20 mins late we sat down to eat what I can only describe as a slightly cheesy frisbee. The pizzas were a disgrace. The hot wings were clearly from Iceland or some other cheap supermarket and the garlic bread was so bad that even our dog didn't want it. Back to the pizzas, Aldi have a much better quality and range of oven pizza for less than £3, so I'm confused as to how this shop can charge over £26 for what was basically bad prison food. Please do not eat from this place.

Horrible service ordered pizzas in store waited over 40 minutes for the order to be wrong. no pepperoni just plain cheese after calling was told the pizza could be replaced at a later date when I went to make good on replacement was told I had to pay half price is the best they could do. thin crust pizza sold as deep Pan

Went there with my son, i asked “can you please not put olives on one side” he said i have to pay extra because its complicated.

So… lets do the maths..
Pizza, 3 toppings, dont put olives on one side. Simple right?

I refused to order and walked away.

On top of this, you’re serving food, you need to cover your hairy arms with at least something so your customers can feel a bit confidence!

Disgusting.

Pizza not worth dealing with the rude guy on the phone . I was this close to driving down to shop to tell him some things about himself till i remembered he aint worth my time. Some day some one will and it might not be pretty
