The Delicious Pizza

Just had the best takeaway. We ordered 2x speciality burgers, garlic pizza bread and prawn cocktail. All the food was perfect temperature, lovely taste all round. Came early too! However I would happily pay an extra £1 on the order for eco friendly packaging (e.g. no polystyrene)

Absolutely dogs b...lox . Best kebab I have had in a long time. Highly recommended to all kebab lovers . Very generous portions of lamb,chicken,done meat . Friendly staff and not over priced like most places..well done lads I will be back very soon.

Shame to be editing this from a 5 star review. Have been treated absolutely abominably for our second order. Half our order arrived 1hr 15 minutes after ordering, and after complaining waited another 1.5hrs for the other half. Nearly 10pm with our full order which arrived cold and soggy having ordered it at 6.50 this evening. Disgraceful. Will not be using them again. No customer service, people skills or basic manners.

Have been using these for a number of years without complaint, until today. Placed an order for delivery, was told it would be 40mins. Called them after 1 hrs 25 mins to cancel order as was sooooo late to be told I couldn't cancel. I told them unless they was going to give it to me for free, I didn't want it. Bloke on phone then accused me of lying, and just trying to get free food, which was not the case, I wanted to cancel the order cause it was ridiculously late! Was then told by him not to order again! Trust me mate I won't be, totally gone downhill in my book, guys that used to run it were great, these guys... absolute joke!
Food eventually arrived 2 hours after order was due!! So he didn't even contact the driver to cancel the drop!

Terrible customer service. Ordered in advance for a specific time. Happy to allow some leeway as I know places get busy. When 30 minutes late rang in to be told that they were on their way. Rang 30 minutes later to be told the order hadn’t even been started yet. The 1 star is for the second member of staff who actually told me the truth as opposed to the first staff member who just lied!. In the end cancelled and went to Dominos who had order ready in 15 minutes. I don’t really like Dominos so wanted to try somewhere different but won’t be going back here. Can’t review the food as it never came!!
