Soni Pizza & Shanghai Taste

Deciding to spend £10+ on a meal is a treat and a significant financial decision for some people. The deal is you order a fresh, warm pizza, not an old, cold one. That's what you're paying for. A longer waiting period during busy hours is acceptable. Just be honest with me. Cold, old food is not.
Lying to your customer on the phone about delivery time is terrible customer service. You knew my pizza wasn't gonna be here "in 15 minutes" when I called after waiting for an hour. Nowhere else you pay for a faulty product and can't request a refund. So the only thing we customers can do is leave a review warn others not to order from Soni Pizza.

Took 2 hours to get to us. No apology. The manager kept lying everytime I called for an update. Pizza turned up cold and deep pan pizza wasnt cooked all pizza sizes wrong. And then i was late to the concert at wembley. Do not even bother

If i could give 0 stars I would. I DIDN’T RECEIVE ANY FOOD! I waited over an hour from the time that my food was supposed to arrive. I phoned the restaurant countless times and was hung up on and sent to voicemail numerous times. Disgusting
When I did manage to get ahold of them they lied and said i’d already received the food, I definitely hadn’t. I’ve had to order from somewhere else now at 23:45. Absolute liberty.

I had a terrible experience because after 2 hours of waiting, I called the restaurant asking why it was taking so long for the pizza to arrive. They lied saying the driver was going to get to my house in 5 minutes. After that, I waited another half hour and called the restaurant again around 10 times but no answer. In the end my food didn't arrive so I was very disappointed. ☹️☹️

Fast delivery, very friendly delivery man gave us extra sauces. The food was all fresh, hot and crispy as expected. Fantastic value, will definitely buy from Soni Pizza again. Thank you

Ordered through Deliveroo. 2 hours later still waiting on our small order of 1x side and 1x desert. If you call it just goes to voicemail. Avoid at all costs.

Never got my food and still trying to get a refund a month later. The restaurant is not helpful at all and will try dodge your calls. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!
