Domino's Pizza - Taunton

What a load of tripe... Mostly dough. Bugger all toppings.ive probably had better pizza's from lidls reduced section ..to top it off..my complaint has been completely overlooked.. £20 for a pizza that looks like it was constructed by a 4 year old.. 1 star.

Ruined pizza and awful customer service. Burnt toppings chucked on and underneath soggy and not cooked.

Didn't answer phone when I tried to complain so used online form. After weeks, I was offered a replacement side which I refused as it was my pizza that was ruined, not a side. Their answer was "we consider this matter closed"

We call this the Pay Day Pizza as its normally the only time you can afford it. I once had the perfect pizza from this very dominoes. It was delicious. Perfect bake, perfect sauce consistency, abundance of toppings. Still very warm but instantly edible without loosing the skin from the top of your mouth. It was hands down the best pizza I have ever eaten. Each tantalising mouthful filled me with empty headed bliss as my taste buds exploded with passion. I could hear heavens angelic chorus with every long draw of my nasal passage as the intoxicating aroma filled my lungs. Perfect.
However.. Each pizza since has failed to live up to that expectation but I continue to buy occasionally in the dwindling hope that I get a repeat of this perfect pizza.. One day my sweet Prince.. One day..

The website for this location wouldn't allow delivery to our address so I rang the shop and they said they would deliver and I could order later. When I rang later a different person answered the phone and said they would not deliver. When I explained my previous phone call he said that person had left for the day so would not honour the agreement. He just repeated the answer regarding no delivery and was unhelpful. Unfortunately another jobs worth unable to make a decision the computer won't allow!

Ordered thru the app which was easy. Food arrived really fast, before the ETA and pizza was delicious. Very impressed with the service. Was gonna tip the driver but he gave over the food and was back up the path before I had a chance. Would def recommend and use again

They had no drivers to deliver the food, so an hour later it arrived cold. Made a complaint and the response was the food should have been returned following day. What an aweful service. Not even an offer of some money off next order, have been regular customer until this
event, their loss, went elsewhere since and better service

A certain driver did an illegal right turn and became very abusive towards me and my customer, contacted customer service and complained no action was taken, won't use station road again

Terrible service at the Dominos on Station Road, we made a mistake with our online order, and when we called straight away to amend, the lady refused saying that she had got all the 5 pizzas in cooking. She wouldn't refund us, said we had to contact head office for a refund. She needed up putting the phone down on me and wouldn't answer the phone when I called back. I was trying to order 6 pizzas for my sons birthday tea. When called back on a different number as we had paid for 5 pizzaa and didn't know if we were even getting them. She told us that the pizzas had not been cooked and that we'd need to apply for a refund. When we applied for a refund they said they had cooked them and therefore we couldn't have a refund. We ended up buying the 6 pizzas from the dominos on East Reach, very helpful. But I would never buy from the Dominos on Station Road, because of them we ended up paying twice for one lot of pizzas.
Do not ever use Station Road Dominos- awful service and terribly rude. I have since seen other reviews the same. Very disappointing for such a large company to charge £60 for pizzas that someone has not received.
