Prime Pizza

Girlfriend comes in hungry decided to order a chicken kebab, we were skint and had nothing in the fridge (I'm a student, she's lost her job). Asked if we could swap the chilli sauce for garlic sauce and apparently that's impossible. We say ok, can we swap the salad for chips? Apparently not.

So you can't swap sauces (which are listed as the same price on the menu!), I can understand the chips being more of a hassle, but the end deal would be we pay full whack for the kebab, with no salad/Chilli sauce and then pay for chips with garlic on top of that.

Pedantics aside, we went to another shop nearby and they sorted the sauce swap within seconds. How funny.

Give no discredit to the staff, as the boss is clearly knocking out the orders.

Been here a few times, very overpriced, not fantastic service and they take a while to do anything.

Food quality isn't great, I ordered a cheeseburger for £3.30 (literally just the cheeseburger, no chips or anything included) and it tasted very similarly to a Rustlers Microwave burger.

The kebab meat is tasteless, the burgers taste like they are microwaved, the pizzas are relatively okay for taste but they are overpriced by about £2

Everytime I visit my family I have a donner kebab from Prime Pizza. It's amazing and the best chilli sauce I have ever tasted. I only wish they had a shop in Scotland.

Tried calling around 20 times, couldn’t get through. Then my girlfriend tried on her phone, accidentally had left it on witheld for work, and they refused to let us order because it was witheld, even though I offered to give him the number. We then tried to call over 100 times between us and couldn’t get through. Rubbish customer service.

THE BEST PIZZA in the North! I split my time between Durham and Cumbria and I've had pizzas all over. We never go anywhere else when in Durham!

Obviously the best pizza and cheesy chips around. Love the calzone with mushrooms and no ham
And lovely home made garlic mayo

Whether it's pizza, wraps or kebabs they all brilliant. Tony and the wee lassie (apologies as forgot your name) work like dogs and are lovely people. Thank you for all the great food I've had from you. SIMPLY THE BEST food and people.
