I always go here for my pizza and kebabs. I've tried all the other places in town and none of them beat La Friends. This week I ordered 2 kebabs one for me and one for husband. When they arrived I felt the usual high quality of the salad on mine was short. I gave them a call and within 5 minutes a replacement box of salad had turned up. Every place will make a mistake but it's how it's dealt with that shows how customer focused a company is. I couldn't fault them and will be returning.

We always got our takeaway from here and never a problem until a few weeks ago we're always having to phone up for missing items, but after tonight when a kebab didn't arrive when it did come it was in a box with cold chips and some sauce which he didn't like at all, staff were fantastic but won't be using them

Ordered twice, first order (monday) was great, second order (saturday) had soggy cold chips.

Apparently a £6 tower burger is a tiny chicken burger with a cheap hashbrown won't be going there again advise its dirty and not worth paying they're prices, you expect a tower burger to at least raise the bun but was smaller than a child's burger

I ordered through their website, got my order cancelled 20 minutes in, and when I rang up I got a load of excuses. Add to that the fact that the price on the website was lower than the price I got when I rang up, fair to say I was pretty annoyed at having to waste 15 minutes on the phone. Eventually though, they told me they would expedite my order and give me a very small discount after I made it clear I wouldn't pay the new price. The pizza arrived after 30 minutes, but they forgot to bring the card machine as they said they would, so I had to answer the door twice. The pizza itself was okay though, if a little bit cold. Overall, I'd say they need to work on their customer service, and I doubt I'd go back, but I'm sure this was just a one off hiccup, and most of the time they'd get a much better rating. For me though, 2 stars.
