Pizza Hut Delivery

1st thing that I order at 10:45 pm I wrote in note that don't ring the bell because everyone was sleeping in home and smart delivery guy ring the bell at 11:15 pm I mean seriously they even don't care about note??
my pizza crust so bad that I try to took my slice out its stuck so badly that I even can't eat properly and this happend when pizza was hot still I can't take my slice out MOST BIZARRE EXPERIENCES FOR ME NEVER GONNA ORDER ANY MORE!!!!!

Pizza Hut pizza is not great. Everyone and their dog knows that. It is overpriced for what it is, but their restaurants are ubiquitous and in some places (retail parks, shopping malls) they are often the only choice if you want a pizza. The Woodgrange Road restaurant is a takeaway and I have previously bought pizza from here, not for myself but for other people. One time they delivered a pizza they had not sliced. Another time they delivered a pizza without any cheese. The staff was extremely unhelpful when the pizza was delivered like this. They said I should order another pizza on which I would receive a small discount. I had taken pictures of the pizza they had delivered so could have proven my case, but this was before the Just Eat and Deliveroo era. At that point. Pizza Hut used to send their own delivery staff, and there was no real way to send them pictures. I just think the way they treated me then merits this review because it goes to show that they will try to be unhelpful.

This has recently become my local Pizza Hut. I’ve been here a couple of times now and have been served by Shoaib - he’s been absolutely fantastic. Great levels of service, good rapport with customers. The food has always been fresh! Thank you Shoaib, I’ll be sure to return soon.

It's quite some time I am ordering pizza from this branch. They have very friendly and supportive staff.

Missing pizza on delivery.! And it took 2 hours and 4 phone calls to finally get pizza. And can’t even get though. NEED TO CHECK ORDERS BEFORE SENDING.

This is my regular Pizza Hut branch and I do order from them almost every week. Delivery is fast and food is always fresh and tasty! We as a customer sometimes forget how to appreciate this fantastic worker. Thank you Pizza Hut Team!! And a massive THANK YOU TO ADNAN who is friendly and delivered my fresh delicious pizzas with a high standard of customer service. My kids are enjoying the pizzas🍕 😊
