Domino's Pizza - Stevenage - East

Well to start I had to walk to this place just to talk to someone who spoke English. The price is high but food was not good as you can see from the photos. I paid £31 for pizza and side with 2 desserts .. One of the pizza had bearly any topping or sauce. More crust than toppings

If I could give 0 stars I would! Your lucky u get 1! Almost 3hours 3 HOURS! for 2 large and 1 small pizza when called got told call in half hour called again told wait 5 more mins half hour later finally turns up! 3 whole hours later! Got told no refund unless we return the pizza back 😡😡😡😡 avoid at all costs!

Literally came in from working a 14 hour shift and was too tired to cook. Thought I’d order from here. An hour and a half later we phone to cancel as I need to sleep and they tell us that it’s just left and it will be with us soon. Wait up another 45 minutes and nothing in sight. Stopped me sleeping and stopped me cooking and still not a delivery in sight 🤷‍♂️ Thought I’d warn others before I finally get some sleep.

Not great, it took 90 minutes for the delivery and the pizza was cold. Some of the toppings were raw.

I ordered and arranged pick up for 15 minutes time. I got there and it was all ready and the service was great.
My only complaints would be in COVID times surely the staff kneading the bread and putting the toppings on should have gloves on and also face coverings as germs could be easily spread and also the pizza's didn't come with their normal dips.

Made an online order at 17:19, order was sent out just after 17:30ish, it's currently 18:15 with no sign of the order, app says delivered and so far I've called them twice about this and all they've said is "your order has left the store and will be with you shortly", absolutely unacceptable from a franchise store
Edit: upped to 3 stars as food actually arrived and was still warm luckily

Always had fast delivery without any problems, today they did mess up my order sending the incorrect pizza (understandable due to busy Friday night) but was quickly rectified and they resent out the correct pizza. Thank you

Pizza itself is fine, but since we started ordering from this branch (6months ago) they misuse the tracker and enter that it has been delivered wayyy before it actually has. They say that the app is faulty (not true, as every other store doesn't seem to have this problem) I assume they don't want head office knowing how slow their deliveries are, so try to skew the data by entering early times
