Domino's Pizza - London - Staines

Shocking service. After 35 and the app saying the pizzas were delivered we phoned up, they said they were doing another delivery in our area and would be really soon. 30 minutes later and another phone call the pizzas turned up in a car. We refused delivery abs they didn't care less and said would take ten days to get our money back. Don't use this branch

Tried many dominos in the UK and wish this was better. Service is great and staff are lovely but pizza is much better in other branches.

Very friendly, ordered for my child who couldn’t wait to get home for food and Dominos staines went above and beyond to get my order to me super quick and tasty. Thank you Staines Dominos.

I love this place. Best service ive ever seen in a dominoes and all staff friendly and deserve a raise (pls give me personal discount)

Our pizza got delivered 103 minutes after order and it was all cold cause our delivery was 3rd on the route as informed by the driver. When queried on store why so late, the reply was "we are short of staff" . I asked them why didn't they close the ordering portal if the order can't be deliver on time and the reply was "we don't have access to ordering portal"
I queried why didn't they tell me in advance when I ordered, oh sorry was the reply.
I asked them for refund and take the pizza back. And 30 minutes after my call no one came to pick up the order.
What an incompetent service. My dinner experience is spoiled by Domino's.

They dont have enough drivers, pizza is still sitting at the store a whole hour after ordering. They literally operate on a delivery basis and cant do that very thing? If you want food within a reasonable time dont bother. By the time they do deliver you’ll end up with cold food. Just go to another competitor instead.

Very bad service ordered two pizzas pay for them. Two hours later still haven’t arrived call the store told me to call back because they couldn’t find my order. Tried to call them back and they never bothered answering the phone

I wish if I did read reviews before I ordered my pizza!!
The service was horrible and unprofessional.
I ordered pizza since 6pm and it only arrived at 9:48pm I called them twice they told me the pizza was on the way but they lied because I'm 7min drive away.
my children went to sleep hungry and when the pizza came my drink was missing and they have not given me a refund.
Domino's Pizza, I want my refund for the drink I paid for and never
received.
Pizza Hut is the best place for anyone who need a decent and on time hot pizza.
