Domino's Pizza - Tamworth

I'm absolutely disgusted by the service that my sister received by both the listed store when she tried to phone and inform them of a dietary requirement. We were trying to place an order and phoning ahead to ensure that they would be accommodating. We first phoned Tamworth Victoria Road and were told that they would not do amendments at all even when she tried to explain that it's a life threatening allergy. The college (which we later found out was the manager) was argumentative and accused her of lying when she said she had been through this process with our local Dominos. When then phoned Tamworth Dosthill and the colleague there also accused her of lying and when she asked to speak to a manager she was hung up on. We then phoned back and spoke to a manager who was also argumentative but eventually relented to helping.
My sister is severally allergic to dairy and no where on your website is there an open to change dairy-free/vegan cheese to a pizza from the normal menu so being able to order without phone the branch is impossible. Clearly you staff need better training on how to deal with customers over the phone as all the colleagues spoke over her and paid absolutely no mind to the fact this allergy could be life threatening.
Even after the order arrived it wasn't correct as they had completely removed the cheese instead of replacing it.

The manager of this establishment is descipable and treats customers with any outlying problems like trash. They should be ashamed of their poor pressure management and Taylorite style.

App said 15 -20 mins so ordered as I was in town and thought I'd get it on the way home, 1hr later I'm standing outside waiting for it to be made still as the franchisee said he has problems with the fridges and has no ingredients to make the pizza??? Another customer comes in and asks about her pizza and he is downright rude to her, I get that places have problems but treat your paying customers with some respect!!

I m Vister this town,town was really how many places I been staff was really friendly and kindly but night time I thought going to get domino’s, but staff to Lazzy and not happy to work and so rude 😞 I m really sorry for them they have nice job at bad time but not recpact.They not even say customer hi or what can halp you or thank you so rude staff hope I don’t have to come again here

Went to pick up food with the order number but was told 'order numbers mean nothing to us'. Watch out if you are expecting them to recognise an order number - take the full email with you.

Ordered, an hour later it said it has been out for delivery for half an hour so I called up to ask for an update to be responded with a very rude man stating the roads are blocked and an arsey comment 'we can't control the traffic'. I was extremely polite and hadn't insinuated anything. Just oddly and unnecessarily rude.

Very nice staf and order was Very fast. 🫡

Enjoyed the experience the staff are very helpful, parking is available, well located store near the town and the buses and the train station too. Great deals just ask staff. The food was piping hot, and exact to the order. Open long hours. Amazing that the venue was a former pub transformed into the pizza place very nice.
