Tops Pizza

I order here all the time and
• The service is very friendly and accommodating especially with edits and comments in the ‘notes’ section.
• Out of the maybe 25+ times I’ve ordered, I have had 2 overall bad experiences with an item missed off or cold pizza. That’s a very good record.
• The prices are quite frankly the best you can get especially for quality too (I use the home alone deal and two of us deal a lot, very good value for money).
• I highly recommend this delivery service my main buys being chicken dippers (the best side imo), garlic bread and cheese, thin crust pizza and potato wedges. Excellent quality for the price.

Love love love this branch of Topps Pizza. We often visit after we've been to Box hill which is just a few miles away. The guys running the shop always look after us and cook us a nice pizza. The toppings are lovely and the pizza itself is great and the garlic dips are tasty too. Well done guys!

Fastest pizza delivery EVER. I have never ever experienced such a good delivery service in my life before - honestly! Their pizzas are really good too. Highly recommended.

I just had the freshest pizza I have had all year. This place is small but quite spectacular. I never usually eat the crust, but I just couldn't stop myself this time. The owner is the super nice, and the staff feel like a family. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Also shout out to Alex the delivery guy!

The place has gone right down hill since it was put up for sale. They obviously don't care anymore. Very sad as this was once a fantastic pizza takeaway which we have enjoyed ordering from regularly for years. The staff were brilliant, pizzas always delivered quick and roasting hot! The last few times have been the opposite. Late delivery, just warm food, and pizzas just not up to the old standard. Such a shame. Sadly, we have now been ordering from Domino's to guarantee a decent pizza.

Ordered an extra large pizza, two popcorn chicken, one chicken dippers, one cheesecake.

30minutes passed and they called me to inform me they didn't have the two popcorn chicken (an entire meal for someone in my household) but they had the rest of the food already made and ready.

They told me they had made the rest of the food and that they would replace the popcorn with something else. I said no cancel the order seven times and they wouldn't accept it. They were extremely rude and I explained that is their fault for not checking they could fulfil the order, their fault for making the other food first, and if they cannot fulfil the order then I wanted the order cancelled. Who do they think they are to try and force me to pay for something I didn't order, then throw their toys out of the pray when I say no?

They wouldn't take no for an answer despite being the ones in the wrong, were extremely rude to me, and said I was banned from placing future orders.

I still remember that late evening, it was just three days after we landed in the UK, walking up the high street in leatherhead towards the Pizza Place. The owner greeted us with great energy to his little Pizza place -The Tops Pizza! That evening changed me from saying “I like Pizza only in Dubai” to “I love Tops Pizza”. Every weekend ordering from Tops is a mandate for me, either their Jalapeneo poppers or Veg Hot Pizza and mostly both. Their fiery wings are definitely fiery and my husband and I love them too!
