Pizza Hut Delivery

Friendly - yes
Good food - yes (well, the same as every other Pizza Hut)
Polite staff - yes
Punctual - no.

There are so many reviews on here that complain about getting their orders late, but I thought "they can't be that bad, right?", yes, they really are. Ordered online at 5pm for a 6:30pm delivery, it arrived at 7:20pm, when we rang up at 7pm they said it had left 5 minutes ago. 25 minutes to drive from Newark Road to Mill Lane? Ha! What an absolute joke. I won't be ordering from these guys again, it'll be quicker for me to drive to one of the other 3 Pizza Huts in Lincoln, order the food in-person, wait for it to be cooked and then drive home.

Never again.

Really simple to order through the website. We took advantage of their £7.99 any pizza if you collect. The pizza's were very nice, and they were ready quickly, and they were not overly salty like some other places can be. Will be using them again, and I would definitely recommend them.

Well would have given it no stars if I could because we didn’t get our delivery…ordered and waited around 40 minutes, door bell rings, man stood there empty handed, saying “sorry not your pizza, we forgot to take payment”, he confirmed my phone number when we ordered… strange customer service

Waited 5 minutes to be served this evening to be told with you in a minute. 5 minutes later still not served.can hear staff chatting in the back .we have been here before .Great pizza terrible service. Grotty shop smashed window .filthy floor .pizza hut you need to do better .service costs nothing and 5 minutes with a mop and bucket .walked out just felt like it wasn't worth the wait.

Standard pizza hut take away. But staff were lovely 😍
