Pizza Hut Delivery

WARNING ALERT!!! Please do not order from this branch!! I ordered pizza online for delivery from the Collier Row branch on 11 July 2018. The notification action update on the website stated that the pizza would arrive between 45 - 55 minutes. At 8:30pm after exactly an hour of waiting, I called the branch to enquire about the order. The line was busy and then cut off. I called repeatedly and still couldn't get through. I called the London Road Branch and the customer advisor also tried to get in touch with them and she too couldn't' get through. She helpfully advised that I cancel the order and request a refund, as the payment was pending in my account. At 9pm I called customer service multiple times before eventually getting through to someone. The advisor on the phone was extremely unsympathetic and sarcastically said that if I requested a refund it would be refunded in 15 working days!
At this point, it was almost 10pm and I had two small hungry children who I had ordered pizza for as a treat, whilst watching England at the World Cup Semi-finals. The pizza order never arrived and up to now after contacting customer service on two separate occasions since then, I have still have not received a refund. I will be making a formal complaint to Trading Standards. Please avoid this branch at all cost!!

Just placed an order of 4 large pizza and 4 cheesy garlic breads for family. Very very dissatisfied and disappointed in the service and food. The pizzas was cold and raw. The vegetables were dry and couldn't chew them. They got the order wrong and when we called up they said they couldn't do anything about it. Will never be ordering from them again. Alex on the phone was not helpful at all and did not cooperate and denied it all.

I always buy from pizza hut but on this occasion this branch in collier row wanted to charge me an extra 99p for the sauce that normally comes free with it from all other branches. Ill just stick to london branch in future. Real disappointment.

First experience of order from Pizza Hut, pizza was okay, a little dry but was tasty.

Worst branch I’ve ever experienced, on several occasions now they’ve never arrived on time and today hasn’t arrived at all and no form of apology or refund or any compensation what so ever.

Food delivered cold not taken from a heat bag called hut spoke with person in charge told to fill n a form for refund. Asked next day to provide pictures of food explained I did not have. Offered e voucher less than pizza order cost and told it would cost me to use it. By Hut hello Domino's lost a local customer.

Ordered at 1830 in time for the England game waiting an hour to receive an order cancellation from the shop call them at 1930 so asked why my order was cancelled and then told to reorder which wasn't possible as they had paused uber ordering. Then to be told to wait another 30 before ordering as they're were busy. I've not got 2 disappointed children who have been waiting for pizza and nothing. The shop didn't offer anything to compensate or try to do help 🙄

Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered my over an hour ago, called for an update, the phone was answered by someone call Manej, don't think he could understand what I was asking as he was repeating everything to a member of staff beside him. All he kept saying was, we are busy, so basically you have to wait. He seemed to have alot of energy and attitude over the phone, but when you visit the 'Hut' it's a different story. Training is needed, they have no idea what customer service is. As mentioned by previous reviewers, I will use dominoes from now on.
