Quick and easy ordering process. Didn't have to wait long for my collection order. Food was hot and tasted great.

Food is very very quick to be delivered. And is still extremely hot when arrived. And food tastes very good

Awful experience due to no gluten free bases and the customer service team at HQ not processing a refund after driving over and it ruining the entire meal. Take your business somewhere else

Order a large pepperoni pizza from Brighton Hill pizza hut, when I got home only to see one slice of pepperoni on each slice of the pizza and covered with a load of cheese.
WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IT WAS LIKE A KID MADE THE PIZZA, WHICH I WOULDN'T BE TO SURPRISED BEING THAT THE CHEF KIDS WERE PRESENT IN THE KITCHEN AT THE TIME I ORDER THE PIZZA!

Place sucks no customer service skills whatsoever don’t have the decency to let customers know if the order will be made or not horrible horrible place .

I'll start by saying I don't know if the ownership has changed because the usual service is about 4 stars; but this new lady who absolutely has no customer service skills, got my order wrong about 10 time while I'm standing in front of her, then proceeds to tell me im wrong in my order😠😡🤬.

I dont say this lightly the basic understanding of English was to much to bare that a simple order that normally takes seconds took 20 MINUTES.

I again I hope its a temporary switch of business owners but one can only hope.

This pizza hut 🛖 is in the premises of the ASDA chain of retail outlets, the Quality of food was very good and taste was also awesome with very good amount of toppings , it did give a feeling that cheese pulls in advertisements can be true 😁.. the staff was very polite and overall it is a good place to visit for a quick bite 😊👍👍
