Pizza Hut Delivery

Worse experience i have had ordering pizza!.. Good was over a hour and half late. Was meant too be here at 9, came at 10.45. Tryied calling the shop too see where it was no answer phone just kept ringing. When the food arrived pizza was warm, wedges was cold and the driver was really rude. I asked why it was so late his reply was its not late its on time, and after i explained it was late that it said it would be 40 minutes when the order was placed. I was told i live too far away from gl1. I like 15 minutes away from the shop. Iv tried too call the shop too say they can take the food back as i no longer want it, the foods cold and too late too eat. Yet again no answer. Will not be ordering from there again.

Admittedly we ordered the £5 favourites deal, but still expected the quality to be the same. Unfortunately, not. Pizza arrived half hour later than ordered for (no sign of £10 off next order as late guarantee states) luke warm, hardly any cheese, and the garlic seasoning very salty. Not the most enjoyable pizza. Won't order from Pizza Hut again.

Ordered a pizza for collection and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. When I got to the shop after about 50 minutes to collect my pizza I waited another 10 minute , when I asked how long it would be I was told they dont know how long before my order was ready I just have to wait. They have no care in the world about their customers. Won't be ordering from there again

DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TRYING. I tried to place an order Saturday afternoon online, but came up against an error message multiple times when trying to make payment. I called the store directly to order and was greeted by a very abrupt, rude worker. He first off tried to tell me I shouldn't be ordering three pizzas like I wanted, and suggested I get a meal deal with 2 pizzas and extras but he didn't listen twice when I informed him that's not what I wanted to order. When we got to payment, he was unable to get my card details correct (I lost count how many times I read my card number out) and in the end, he huffed and hung up on me.

The Dominoes we had instead was 5*

Just ordered food and the quality is appalling.
The chicken strips are not what I expect from pizza hut, they are more like really really cheap ones from the cash and carry.
They certainly don't represent what is shown on the website.

The pizza is absolutely disgusting, greasy and tastes horrible.
Its not hard to cut up a pizza, but when I order one I expect is to be cut up properly.

I will not be ordering again, ever.

Ordered 2 pizzas. Both had bases the consistency of sponge, like the dough was not cooked, and neither had been cut. Greasy top with very odd aftertaste. Managed 2 pieces before binning them. Just the worst pizza we've ever had. First time ordering from there so no idea if they were that way on purpose or they hadn't cooked them properly. I guess the latter as we got stomach ache afterwards.
