Pizza Hut Delivery

I was pleased with the service this evening at this Pizza Hut store. On placing my order, it was ready in 15 minutes.

I came to collect my order from the store, in which I had to wait for about 5 - 10 minutes. However, I was very pleased with the service provided by the Shift Manager/Main Manager. Who apologized for keeping me waiting, and even gave me a free bottle of drink as thank you for my patience. That to me is great customer service.

The pizzas I ordered were both good, and were a good portion size for a large pizza. Nothing to complain from my friends, family, nor myself.

For the sides, the only thing I would say is just increase the amount of wedges. As for feeding for four adults, a few more could have been added.

Ordered from Uber Eats under the ‘wing street’ name. Food shocking, wings you wouldn’t feed a cat, over half food missing. Told to tell ubereats if they didn’t like it. Shocking keep your money. Better spent on literally anything else.

Went to Locks Heath Centre and ordered a vegetable pizza. Delicious its cheaper to pick it up than have it delivered. Suggest ring up order before pick up

Me and my partner both got food poisoning, which is a shame as we always use Pizza Hut for our main take away treat. Certainly won’t use again

Grandson adamant he wanted Pizza Hut pizza so we walked in and ordered. Excellent counter service and pizza was ready in 10 minutes. Great tasting pizza. Will definitely purchase again.

It's a pizza hut they had an offer so it was not to expensive for a lunch time pizza.

I've eaten with this Pizza Hut for about 2 years. Almost weekly. I've always taken advantage of their £5 pizzas for me and my other half, who is celiac, as we could very conveniently get a gluten-free base pizza on the same menu. We were always pleased with the quality of the food, speed of service and overall experience.

Until a few months ago.

In the latter half of this ear, the service and quality of this hut has drastically gone downhill.
I've had several orders turn up either wrong or with pizzas completely destroyed (not exaggerating), the customer service is appalling - the staff are so blazè and uninterested in their customers and something that is quite irritating for me is that they haven't had gluten-free base pizzas on ANY menu for months, which would be fine if I wasn't told regularly and every time I phone - "due to covid there's a delay but they'll be back soon."

With a Domino's and Papa John's now open down the road in Park Gate. It's a genuine shame to have to say I doubt I'll be ordering from here again in a long time.

I was so so pleased with with the service that was provided to my daughter and I this evening. I didnt get the young gentleman's name (I wish I had asked) he was so kind on the phone when my ap wasn't working and he delivered our pizza in person! My daughter suffered a nasty injury to her back and neck 2 days ago and this was her treat for being so brave, he didnt even know that at first but was so kind and helpful. It really made my daughter and I so happy so thank you so much, you are amazing and a credit to your company x
