Firezza Pizza - Chiswick

I’d leave 0 stars if possible. Ordered two pizzas and they turned up really late and when they did, one of them (shown in image) was burnt to a cinder and inedible. Tried calling them over 20 times and gave up as they don’t even answer their phone! Avoid them at all costs and try one of the better ones in the area. I won’t be using them ever again.

Ordered a pizza and they forgot the olives. Considering they charge an extra £4 for olives I was annoyed. Also hardly and cheese and goats cheese. Very stingy. Arancini was dry.
Garlic mayo tasted strange.
Mozzarella sticks tasted old and could tell were frozen.
Will never order again. Waste of money

Used to be great, but the pizzas have shrunk and the service has declined from average to non-existent. Last order took more than an hour and a half and the garlic bread was missing. No refund was forthcoming.

I go to this place regularly and I like their pizza. Much recommended for Italian style pizza.

Excellent range of vegetarian pizzas and the gluten-free base was great. 45 mins from order to delivery, but that's not bad at 6pm on a Saturday.

The Porcini Di Bosco is an absolute favourite that I can’t get enough of! I’ve introduced my friends and family to it too and we all love it. Highly recommend!

You pay £15 for a pizza with NO ingredients on top. So disappointing and a big joke. I won’t buy anything from you never again.

Quality has fallen off a cliff in the past few months. Have been using firezza for a decade and the undercooked pizza i had the other night was the last time
