The first time I ordered from Pizza Hut the delivery time said 25 to 35 minutes but took 45 minutes.

On a separate occasion I went there to collect, I was halfway through ordering when the man I was speaking to just picked up the phone whilst I was mid-sentence which I thought was very rude and he didn’t apologise either.

On a third occasion the pizza was burnt. Made a complaint about this and never heard back.

On a fourth occasion I placed an order for delivery for 11.15. At 11.25 I phoned and politely asked where my order was. The man on the phone said the store had opened 20 minutes late and wouldn’t stop interrupting me. I said this is not acceptable, if I order it for 11.15 I want it at 11.15 and he said he couldn’t help the fact that the store opened late, it was an “act of god”. He said he would send the order straight away and it would be with me in 10 minutes, which would mean it would arrive at 11.35. The order didn’t actually come until 11.45, so clearly he was lying.

My friends went there another time and they got one of the pizzas wrong.

Pizza Hut’s policy states that if your order is over 10 minutes late you should receive a voucher for £10 off your next order within one week, however I didn’t receive this voucher until I phoned up Pizza Hut head office. Then, after finally sending me a £10 gift card, I went in store to pay with it and the member of staff said I couldn’t use it! Not using Pizza Hut again.

Really is terrible service. Sometimes a pizza order can be wrong, that happens. Here, everything cold on arrival and they got one of our pizzas completely wrong. We phoned to complain, and once I explained what happened they put me on hold for 28 minutes. During that time, I actually drove to the branch with the pizza and my wife was STILL on hold back home by the time I arrived at the branch. I explained the problem, and received no apology. In fact, I had to force one out of him. He said "you know, we're just busy" and they kept taking new orders on the phone while I waited there. He then told me the replacement pizza will be 30 minutes and so I complained again. Absolutely no effort to resolve a complaint efficiently and politely. Never ordering from here again.

Tried to order online but wasn’t working so called to see if order went through, gentleman on the phone was unhelpful and impolite - finally managed to order. When I get there, I didn’t even get welcomed and the person at the counter wasn’t even wearing uniform. He grabbed my order and dropped on the counter and walked away, I said thank you and he said no worries not even turning around to look at me. The food matched the customer service, my nachos were cold even though I ordered and went straight there. Almost like they had been made an hour earlier and just left to keep warm. Overall, not impressed.

This is by far the worst Pizza Hut that I’ve ever order with. Three times I ordered deals with them and disappointed every time. It takes real skills to spoil a simple mozzarella pizza, but this one did it. Never going to order again.

This place needs shutting down! Would give 0 stars if possible. Staff are rude and ignorant. Ordered a medium pizza for collection, to which they were trying to overcharge me! I showed them online it said £6.99, the man behind the counter argued it was £10.99 instead. It gets worse from here… we ordered a vegetable sizzler, my husband went in and picked it up and said the guy smiled, and handed it to him and upon opening it, I saw meat was hidden underneath the vegetables! I am a VEGETARIAN!!! I think he did this out of spite (hence the smirk as he handed it over) as we had questioned the price to begin with. He was very argumentative and rude, and not even dressed in uniform might I add! I will never be returning to this branch, if you ask me you should get better staff, who aren’t rude and ignorant!!!!

Ordered 12 large pizzas for a kids party, collection. The pizzas were ready on time, all hot and as exactly as ordered. Went down well

Disgusting

Had the misfortune to collect the worst pizza I have ever tasted. The waiting area filled with kids who looked like they were glue sniffers. The pizza was inedible. This franchise should be removed. Truly awful

We ordered delivery to Chesham. Food turned up cold and they missed a side and dip from the order. We called up to get the side and dip delivered and they said they had it there and would send it straight down. 45 minutes later after we finished our food (which we had to recook in the oven), the side and dip turned up...cold. We called them straight away and ask for a refund for the side dish but because its an online order, they can't refund. Somehow Domino's pizza always turns up pipping hot even though its also coming from Amersham. Lesson learnt.
