Very good food but the waiter was not very nice.
Tasty dough balls and pasta!!!

Very busy when we arrived but we were greeted and sat a table very quickly. The waiter was very friendly and engaging and the food was very tasty. Loved the fact that we got the dough balls for free just by downloading their app - thanks again to the waiter who helped with the set-up. Loved the fact that I could order and pay via the app, although I do like to interact with humans too, but great if you're in a rush. Would recommend

1st time eating here and I must say it was a very fast service , The staff were very friendly and professional the restaurant was very clean and tidy, if you down load the pizza express app you can get 50% of pizzas and there's loads more money off tokens I was impressed by everything so if you're hungry and there's a pizza express around pop in and give it a go ,I highly recommend trying and I recommend making your own pizza I have a margarita, bbq base ,ham pepperoni, onion, peppers , mushrooms, on whatever base I fancy it's absolutely fantastic highly recommend trying 😋

I would like to say what fantastic service we have received this evening as a family from Nat. We stopped visiting this restaurant after a bad experience but Nat has turned it round and will definitely visit again. He told us how amazing the new pizza was that we were tempted by so we chose it and definitely pleased with the help and advice.

Pizza Express Ashford Fashion Outlet is a paradise for pizza lovers! The Indian tika pizza was a true work of art, packed with flavors that could rival any runway show. The mango chutney and chilli added the perfect touch of spice to my taste buds. The staff were super friendly and the atmosphere was top-notch - I even got to watch the fresh dough being made! However, my experience was slightly marred by a little hiccup in the ordering process, which resulted in my pizza taking over 30 minutes to arrive. But, the manager was quick to make amends by giving us free wine and apologizing profusely. My friend's experience was even more interesting, he found 2 hair on his pizza plate but he decided to finish his pizza and then tell them about it and he got his pizza for free. All in all, it was an eventful evening but I'd definitely go back for the pizza and the free wine.

Great service, really attentive and very good food, cooked exactly as ordered. I recommend booking as it can get get very busy.

We popped in for lunch on a busy Saturday afternoon, we hadn’t booked as we were on a spontaneous trip and thought we would try out Pizza Express as we were shopping at the outlet.
They had a table much to our delight and sat us down straight away, very swiftly we were then served a menu and given a few moments to browse the menu.
The service was speedy and sufficient by knowledgable staff and the food was delish. The staff were funny and very easy to chat to, which we do almost every time we’re out! We can’t help but start a conversation about the most random subjects but definitely made our experience more memorable and fun!
Definitely would recommend if you at the outlet and if you’re not, maybe you should be! :)

The food was good but I was more impressed with the staff and ,in particular, the lady who served us. Enthusiastic and efficient. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her in making the visit very enjoyable
