We ordered a pizza and was told it would be delivered in 45 minutes to the pickup point. The employee never took our number to notify us. After arriving there we waited an additional 1 hour on the delivery. After getting ahold of the store and notified them we had been waiting at the location for an hour, the employee simply stated “thank you bye” and hung up the phone. Absolutely terrible service and communication.

God awful place. Never once got an order on time, usually waiting 2+ hours for two pizzas. Ordered today, payment was taken. It has been over three hours without pizza and no one is picking up at the store, and I've called multiple times over the last two hours. Who knows if the food is going to show up or if it's cancelled. Don't order from here, better go to one of your local places

Edit to add: I replied to their response below as requested and never heard anything back from them. Nor did I ever receive my refund. So again.. they will take your money and not deliver your order and their corporate office is a joke and can’t be bothered to follow up.

DON’T WASTE YOU’RE MONEY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Horrible service, shady practices.

Called the restaurant when my food was not delivered after 30+ minutes. Even though it said it was. Was told by the person on the phone that “we only have 2 delivery drivers. Can you just come collect it? We’ll give you a free..” and never said what. Not that I care because if I wanted anything else additional to my order I would ordered it and no? I PAID A DELIVERY FEE to have my food delivered because I CAN’T come collect it. I also don’t want to collect food that’s just been SITTING THERE for over 30 minutes and is going to be disgusting by the time I get it home and eat it. If the manager is aware there are only 2 deliver drivers and they are busy perhaps the manager should have staff members called delivery customers to let them know of the delay; but for obvious reasons they wouldn’t do that. Was given a second option of a refund and told the person that is what I wanted and was told it would be within 3-4 business days. I’m not expecting it to actually be refunded and nothing has appeared in my bank account yet.

**update Papa johns contacted me and offered me a pizza. Which I wouldn’t want as per below won’t use again terrible service.
Last 2 I’ve ordered have always been late by at least 2 hours. ring the store to be told it’s on the way to wait even longer if you’re lucky when and if. it turns up it’s half warm. Don’t bother use a smaller takeaway. Much better all round.

EDIT: After waiting the 20 minutes for the driver to arrive he still hasn’t shown up. I called the number he had contacted me on and he said another 10 minutes. Let’s see if he’s telling the truth this time.

Waiting 45+ minutes after the store confirmed that the driver had left the store when the store is only 10 minutes is not acceptable. After waiting 15 minutes I called the store and they said the driver was almost there. 15 minutes later no driver in sight but he did call to say he was 20 minutes away. This is absolutely not how you run a business. I have ordered from here many times but I am hesitant to order from here again. Very disappointed.

Pizza has always been great. But, Multiple times, when we have ordered, the delivery drivers will take the pizza to the apartment attached to our building. Every time, we have listed our house name on the address section and every time, the delivery driver tells us to put the house name. This needs to be fixed on the website so that the delivery drivers are able to see the full address listed by customers. No hate to the delivery drivers as it’s not their fault.

Website tracking always says delivered 45 minutes before it arrives and when it does arrive the order is cold and/or wrong!! Two and a half hours delivery is not acceptable on a regular January Saturday from a small market town. Absolutely terrible!! This is not the first time either it’s basically like warm and late every time!! Other companies can manage to keep food warm covering the same distance!! Never going to use you again! Too many chances!! No more!! They fail at their own speciality. It’s not rocket science!! If I could leave zero stars I would.

Papa John's are normally excellent but this franchise is very poor. 2 hours after ordering the website showed it as delivered to us, but we were still waiting. We rang up to query this and were told it is out for delivery (no apologies for long wait).
Nearly 3 hours after ordering it turned up, lukewarm and in a crushed, soggy box. The staff had placed the reinforcement inserts near the edge of the box so they didn't protect the pizza. It ended up with half the toppings stuck to the top of the box. I would have rejected it but as it was so late we made do.
Will not be using them again.
