Booked table for 9 for a late lunch. Terrific staff. Excellent manager. Table ready on time. Dedicated waiting staff who were always friendly and helpful. Delicious food. Wide choice from menu. Very reasonable prices. Stayed 2.5 hours. Ideal venue for our gathering.

Arrived and there was a queue. Someone tried to jump the queue and the waiter didn’t seem to care. Was sat down waitress was polite at first. And another waiter come over and dropped some dough balls off that we didn’t order. Before we could even say anything he walked away. They sat on our table for 5 Minutes when our waitress comes over and very rudely says.”My colleague makes mistake why you not tell him”. Food was plastic like it had been sitting under a warmer for ages. Waitress continued to be rude afterwards. She was also rude to a couple sitting next to us because they asked to be served.

Kush was really helpful, and gave us good service. He helped with a menu choice when one of my family members couldn’t see something they liked, and they enjoyed their meal - we all did!

Fristly, very slap dash service from the waiting staff. Forgot the cutlery and drawing pens for the kids even after asking and them acknowledging the request.
Then when the food came out it was just plonked on the table on top of whatever was there. We saw a similar scenario on the table next to us, they had starter plates on the table and the waiting staff using the mains plates shoved the empty started plates to the side. Ok fine. Maybe it was first day on the job.

The food itself was ok however the garlic bread ordered was more than over done on the base. The kids pizza was not really cut so i had to hack away at it.

The final thing I would say is that it's very tight in here so you are almost sitting on top of the guests at the next table. It doesn't seem access friendly.

For a chain like this the standard was very much below par.

Kush was a wonderful and attentive waiter. He was flat out as the place was busy but was very polite. Food was great as always.

Pizza Express is always a great place to get a really good pizza or a tasty pasta dish. This is a full service restaurant that delivers authentic Italian cuisine. I recommend the deserts, particularly the billionaire's desert. Really a phenomenal desert. We always make it a must to drop in to Pizza Express when we are in London. Hope you will too!

Booked a table online when we arrived something had gone wrong, Alex took good care of us although very busy we just waited a few minutes before a table became available. The staff made us feel very welcome , our grandchildren had a great time. Alex and his team were brilliant he is running a very happy team. Thank you.

It was very busy here 2.30pm it is situated in the centre of London!
But only waited a few minutes for a table. Waitress was polite and helped us choose, (we tried different dishes today).
I like that tap water is always an option and is served in a decanter to your table. Food was delicious, I think the meal can be quite expensive, if you order lasagne/cannelloni you don't get any sides unless you pay for each dish separately.
