Pizza Hut Delivery

Avoid, avoid, avoid! Will never be ordering from them again. They took an 1 hour and 15 minutes to arrive. The pizza was cold and when I rang up to enquire had a unapologetic and unprofessional attitude as to why there were delays. They do not have enough drivers so you are looking at getting a cold pizza most probably, unless you catch them on a good day when they are not busy and a driver is available. Terrible, food, terrible service and a waste of money.

Feel really sick after eating beyond meat pizza. It's not vegan, they use dairy cheese. Very poor advertisement on their behalf. We live in the 21st century sort it out.

Ordered a ‘Supreme’ pizza…….nothing too taxing to deal with, as it’s one of Pizza Huts standard pizzas they offer.

There was no mushrooms, no pepperoni, no beef or spicy pork!

Why!?

Absolute joke!

Terrible. We placed an order through Uber eats, had a driver allocated and then pull up to the restaurant and cancel the pickup. 4 drivers later and we still had no food, called the restaurant to ask what was happening and the guy who picked up the phone was really rude and told me he’d given a driver the food - didn’t ask for my order number or name, so clearly didn’t care at all. Still haven’t gotten the food he allegedly handed off to a driver.

we ordered the wrong takeaway pizzas .. so we phoned to change them and they didn't have any problem !! friendly and the pizzas were great

Vegan cheese is offered at Pizza Hut now. Decent pizza for less than a tenner (collection).

Ordered through just eat. Waited an hour until the delivery window elapsed and then automatically cancelled my order claiming the delivery driver couldn't find me despite having the correct address.

Won't ever waste my time ordering from them again, I'll stick with their competition.

Never pay them online!! If anything is wrong they will refuse to refund you tell you to refund via online which will respond with an e-voucher . This particular hut is dirty too no idea how they managed a 4 star hygienne rating
