Pizza Hut Delivery

Ordered 2 pizzas and garlic bread on 2/7/22. 1 pizza was missing from the and the other was nearly cold in a tattered box. Tried calling Pizza Hut Wimbledon 18 times with nobody bothering to answer the phone. I couldn't go there as we have COVID. I had to reorder the missing pizza elsewhere. Will never use them again.

Gaslit by pizzhut…

Where do I start… we received our pizza, excited and unaware of what was to come. We quickly realised a large and anticipated item from our quite expensive order was missing. Like anyone, we immediately called the store… and here is where HELL ensued.

39 !!!!! calls later, after a back and forth with the next closest local store sending us on a wild goose chase back and forth with customer services…

Eric answered. And thank GOD for Eric who sent us our entire order and a free drink back but my god… these people do not know how a phone works, it may as well be in the pizza oven

Be wary if you choose to order from this store and make sure you aren’t pay as you go!!!

P.s shout out to Simon from the Wandsworth store who according to another employee actually does not exist ??

Cold pizza delivered and wrong chicken wings , called restaurant to rectify order and no answer , still trying constantly for half and hour and counting and still no solution and no food, worst customer service ever , will update how many hours or days it takes for them to answer their phone and deliver the right food..... avoid at all costs , go to asda and cook one it'll be easier

I ordered one large pizza, chicken wings and chicken strips.
About pizza, I don't even know I'm eating pizza or semolina. The pizza is completely filled with semolina and it doesn't even have any taste to it.
About wings, I ordered peri peri and it doesn't even taste like peri peri and my experience is horrible with the wings.

Really awful service! the woman on the phone did not help at all, no pizza has arrived, and tried calling for past hour with no reply. Do not order a pizza with this takeaway, all other Pizza Huts answer except this one please do not use. Shocking, I would like my refund back.

I’ve been ordering from here the past couple of months and they are so awful when it comes to service. The first time I ordered a veg sizzler with 2 extra toppings and all it came with was the two extra toppings. I had to drive in to get my order. 2 weekends ago they short changed me on the cookie dough order and last sunday they took 2 hours then sent me a smaller rectangle pizza rather than the medium classic crust I ordered and once again the wrong, cheaper cookie dough

Update: I went to the branch and the shift manager told me that if I were him then I wouldn’t order from there. It was my problem. He said it’s his first day and he’s been told there’s nothing he can do about it. It specifically says on the site to speak to the store for issues, yet he’s telling me to go complain online. He had a very immature attitude. Too young to be any kind of manager and not bright enough to talk to people in such a condescending manner that he was attempting.

Ordered 3 large pizza's from more then 4 hours and was calling no response. Poor customer service.
WASTE OF TIME WAITING FOR THEM.

I ordered a pizza it arrived v late with human hairs on it. It was also stone cold. To make matters worse they refuse to answer the phone. This Pizza Hut should be shut down and reported to the food standards regulator.
