Pizza Hut Delivery

Great stuff guys tonight - excellent customer service, on-time delivery with exactly what was ordered and a very tasty meal! Will be ordering again soon.
Another 'Pizza night' a few weeks on and once again spot-on! All pizzas were delicious, piping hot and delivered earlier than what said online! As said above "will be ordering again soon"...!
Back again with an even better review. Honestly perfect! Just like before, delicious, piping hot and a quicker delivery than what was said online. Cheers again and will be back!

Absolutely comical. Deny they received my order then the driver gets lost trying to deliver an order they denied receiving. Lady on phone absolutely useless. Manager picks up the phone and says “yeah?”. Avoid avoid avoid. Pizza Hut customer care is just as bad. Sorry to hear of your problems but it will take 3-5 DAYS for us to respond. Appalling company.

Just ordered from this shop for home delivery. Disgusting ice cream that I didn't order (Ben and Jerry's)but of course i paid for. I ordered magnum ice cream. This is not the first time an order has arrived wrong. I didnt appreciate the looks either. I've had enough, I won't be wasting my money ordering from this shop again.

Credit where credits due. Usually avoid pizza Hut but went last Friday and the pizza was fresh outta the oven and was yummy. I was genuinely shocked lol nice job 👌

I ordered a pizza over at 21 42 today only to be called by the driver who tells me he is outside when he is not. The driver went to the incorrect address and then tells me he is too far to deliver the pizza!! Its a nightmare to get through to the restaurant via the phone and when I do I'm told to call customer service and given a number when they know fullwell customer service is online!!! So in order to get a refund i have to wait 3 woeking days???????Absolutely poor

I ordered a mac and cheese and once i opened the box only half the serving was in the box the other half still at the restaurant absolutely poor

I have ordered Pizza today which was pathetic. Pizza is completely rubbish. You can compare straight to uncooked dough. Pizza was pan pizza which was uncooked from centre and only margins or borders are cooked. Well which win for them. Atleast they tried to cook but did ony 10% of their Job. I always put good reviews as I count under Uk 10% finest google reviewer.I would recommend eating or delivering from Pizza hut London Road Branch. Hopefully they should upgrade their services.

Ordered £80 worth of pizza for colleges leaving lunch. Been waiting 45 mins since delivery time, called restaurant several times before phone was answered, informed short staffed! Our lunch break is now over (we only get 30 mins) still no pizza and a ton of hungry staff!
