Pizza Hut Delivery

Wonderful business, fast hot food, Saad served me and he was professional and the delivery driver (Dario)was fast and brought me the right delivery in under 30 minutes and I live in Northolt. If you want a great driver ask for Dario. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Collection was on time. Pizza was delicious. They do keep safe distance and only take card which is what I like. Thanks a lot

Wouldn’t even give one star if it meant I could still proceed to leaving a review. The staff at the branch are a joke, with absolutely zero idea of what the term customer services means, let alone applying it. They admitted to delivering our order to the wrong address and yet declined a refund or redelivery. Then hung up without giving order details and refused to answer when we tried to call back. Absolutely disgusting! Will never be ordering from these crooks again and reported to my bank to recall monies paid for food which never arrived.

Worst Pizza Hut Franchise EVER - placed an order and they NEVER delivered but took my payment - thieves!!!!!

If you want pizza for lunch - you will go hungry. If you're lucky it might arrive by dinner. Not the first time they've delivered late. The hut is less than 10 minutes from our place but took over an hour to arrive ( we didnt even order during their peak times) . Told 10 minutes a few times, I think they started to make the pizza the first time I called, after the time they should have delivered. Will not be ordering from them again.

Tasty pizza well made by the staff,arrived hot thanks to the uber driver only problem no Garlic sauce which after you pay around £16.99 would be good to be include!

Company saves pennies by not giving out 1 sauce for pizza, client should save pounds and not order at all!

Ordered on Uber eats and added special instructions that were completely ignored. When I called the shop to explain, the worker Sadd, was very unhelpful and also very challenging to say the least. The employees excuse as to why my order requirements were not met, was that I “added a delivery note and not an order note”. But I’ve ordered this way multiple times with no problem. He was disrespectful and fast to pass the blame/ issue onto Uber. Uber claims they “aim to partner with merchants who exhibit professionalism, in order for customers to have a great experience when ordering through the Uber Eats app”. Meaning it’s down to pure unprofessionalism and laziness from workers at this Pizza Hut branch. No refund was given to me through Uber, just an apology and the Pizza Hut employee denied their need to handle the matter. Already at 3.3 star rating, should be lower.
