Papa Johns Pizza

My wife and I planned on trying out every pizza takeaway in Woking during lockdown, but we never got past Papa John's. Consistently great pizzas, staff are always friendly, food is delivered quickly and hot every time. Can't ask for more.

Plenty of guys working there with no hair protection. One of them has blow his nose with a tissue and he didn't wash his hands either.And I order online to collect and I realised home that I have ordered they didn't respect.

Ordered pizza at 7:30. It's been an hour and 30 minutes and it's still not arrived. Phone is constantly engaged.

Expected better for the money spent

We have just ordered a BBQ Chicken Pizza and a Pepperoni Pizza. The BBQ one had ham on it, the pepperoni had a thick layer of cheese on top of the pepperoni. The presentation of both were poor, also the base on both were completely uncut. When I called the manager said he didn't make it.

I explained I was upset the BBQ chicken one had ham on it. His response was the guy that made it is new and thats how it is. He then said we hadn't even paid for it. He then asked where i ordered it from. I responded from the website, where a payment has to be made before and order was made. He said he didnt have a clue about this.

We only order pizza from Papa Johns. I said i wouldnt ever order again from that he said thats fine and ended the conversation with bye. I am not sure where the quality control or customer service is. Certainly not at this place. Will not be ordering from Papa Johns again.

I’ve order pizzas as well as other sides from Papa Johns Woking regularly and it’s without a doubt always DELICIOUS!
I find that there’s always some great deals to be had such as the ‘spend £30 and get 50% off’. Massive money saver.
The pizza I usually get is a garden veggie which I customise and make it an XXL, stuffed crust, with anchovies, mushrooms, olives, peppers and sweetcorn. Give it a try and you’ll love it.

Still waiting for my pizza was delivered to some random guy in the street and not to my house. Very sorry and will recook my pizza and deliver again, it's been over an hour and a half. This pizza shop has gone down hill to what it used to be. Will be using another chain for my pizza's in future.

Genuinely the worst pizza around, entire thing was doughy and gloopy, made even less edible by being given their gross garlic dip instead of the garlic and herb that we ordered. Partner convinced us to order from here for a change but we absolutely won't make that mistake again

Order was quick and cheap for a large pizza but we didn’t like the dip and I think there was a lot of dough in it.
