Pizza Hut Delivery

Absolutely disgusting pizza. Box was smothered in grease as was the pizza base which was inedible as it had soaked up loads of grease and was actually dripping. Two dips were also missing, but they couldn't have saved the pizza anyway. "Loaded"....yeah, with tonnes of grease. Totally vile and I will never order from here again. Complete waste of money and I feel sick. I threw the pizza out on back lawn for whatever might come along to eat it.

Second time ordering using collection service, good pizza and staff were helpful.

We regularly get pizza every week.but we called over 10 times but not answer.Next to the telephone there are 4 staffs. When the call was ringing they were looking and then they were still chatting and did not mind.For 2 months we were facing this problem
Staff is rubbish fuke

I would give 0 stars if I could, have to call them about 7 times in a row just to order and they tell you that their busy, they’re certainly not! They show no respect very bad manners and the food is disgusting always cold and always the wrong toppings…

The staff provided incorrect information about lunch time deal. Also, the till charged different price than the price on leaflet and online. Just beware of the issue so would suggest order online and collect. Not sure it's staffing issue to the store.

Received undercooked raw wings I contact langley brach but horrible and rude staff , they have no manners to speak with customer and not bothered to help customer just asked rudely to contact customer service. Pizza hut should give them training to learn basic manners first

Waited inside the shop on my own for 10 minutes no one came to serve when the guy came to pick up a phone I asked him if we can be served he told me that he is busy and will be with me when he can and walked away

Unfortunately they delivered the wrong flavoured pizza,and unable to call them
Staff shortage and I had drive there.
Did not give anything to compensate.
