Pizza Hut Delivery

Addlestone Pizza Hut left a pile of boxes outside my house last night, rather strange I didn't order anything and I wasn't there, I would have thought the lack of response to the door bell and the house being in complete darkness may have been a hint to the delivery man that something was wrong, so some poor person is without their pizzas, paid for same, and is now probably fighting with Pizza Hut who swear they delivered it. To those who think wow that's free pizza, not when it is absolutely covered in ants!! Ewww!!! So I am giving it one star on behalf of the poor people who didn't get their dinner last night.

Terrible experience tonight!!!! For the first time in years of eating PizzaHut I finally managed to have a bad experience. Pizza was Dead COLD, like out of the fridge! Missing items on the order… oh well! Do not order nearly to end of shift (I want to believe that was the problem)!

Unbelievable service tonight, I ordered online received someone else's order with their receipt, name, address, phone number all there, which means they have my details too, I called up complained and was told they would re make my order and send it again an hour later I called up to find up how long it would be as at this point I'd been waiting two hours for my order, to be told they haven't even remade it and have no idea what I'm talking about then I was asked if I wanted them to make the order and send it?! Dude I know I can't get you to refund me because this store makes you request it online which doesn't even get refunded when you do of course I want the food, I don't care what the kids say I'm never ordering from there again it's a shambles always something that goes wrong almost every time.

Today I had a "large" triple pepperoni, it wasn't large and it was as greasy as hell and tested awful. My first and last visit to that place.

Ordered a large pizza and had by far the quickest delivery driver with glasses on a moped deliver to me.

I was amazed, it still was hot like it was out the oven a few seconds ago!!!

Would recommend that delivery driver all the time!

Useless.

Placed an online order, waited 40 minutes, checked and apparently 'order delivered'.. but no pizza. Rang them and was told it was on its way... 20 minutes later, still no pizza. Rang again and 'oh something went wrong, we'll remake it for you straight away' - waited another 40 minutes - rang back 'oh there's a problem with your order, I haven't been able to print it out and send it to the kitchen...' Nice of you to tell me. Can I get a refund? No you have to go through the website. Terrible service, will never be ordering from them again.
