Pizza Hut Delivery

Ordered a pizza today in shop this evening, I'm watching the cooks handle the food. I asked one guy were are their gloves 😡😡 he said they washed their hands which I can clearly see they did not 😡😡😡 health and safety gone out the window

Just ordered a medium feast for one
Came as a small square pizza, chicken strips half cooked and stone cold, I understand that it may be busy but if you don’t have the means to provide basic service then don’t bother

Ordered a pizza from here and got delivered something else. I called the store 5 times just for them to let the phone ring out. I contacted pizza hut customer services to complain just to be told that I should've taken the issue up with crouch end pizza hut. After requesting a refund I was told that I would be refunded £2 of my £25 order. Terrible experience from pizza hut, will not be ordering for them again. Dominos ftw.

I ordered a pizza yesterday night and after more than 2 hr struggling to deliver it suddenly was cancelled! Absolutely nonsense.
Is not enough that I didn't receive my food, I am still waiting for my refund! But refund is not enough for me. I didn't even received a phone call or message that my food is cancelled. I should order from somewhere else, but by the time everything else closed down. I stayed without dinner thanks to you! You guys should contact the person and explain the situation not just cancel an existing order without mentioning it to the customer! That is a joke what happened ! I want to talk with someone about this!! Shame on you guys!

Great service and super fast … the guy was so kind he even made one of our crusts stuffed for no extra cost! Love the staff there and the pizzas are the best

They've basically stolen £25 from me since I never received my food even though the status was updated to represent that it had already arrived. They made no attempt to contact me and their phone didn't pick up. When a restaurant effectively steals from me, then yes, I'm going to grace it with yet another 1 star review.

They put basically no tomato sauce on the pizza. I have started ordering ‘extra tomato sauce’ due to this. Tonight I received extra cheese and zero tomato sauce after asking for extra 😒

Seems from other review that this store often sets the status as delivered despite the food never leaving the shop and then doesn’t answer their phone. This is stealing. Still waiting for my refund as promised by store worker.
