Pizza Hut Delivery

I wish I can rate a zero.. no Hygiene at all !!!! I'm surprised they haven't shut down this place !! Pizzas were thrown away (totally disgusting) and complaint escalated. There are multiple restaurants in the area that make amazing pizza. Don't go here !!

Worthless freshies who cant understand the simplest of orders. Second time we get the wrong order even though we have been VERY clear when ordering. Go to the nearby dominos or papa johns if you want to eat what you’ve actually ordered and paid for.

I adored the wrong pizza and the lady on the phone was so helpful and sent another straight away. True kindness.

Loved the pizzas. Got the meat feast and one of the meat free ones. Both were amazing. People working there are nice and welcoming. Special thanks to Chanchu ( I hope I got your name right) for giving me a favor and getting me a bag big enough for my large pizzas. They would be soaking wet from the rain if you wouldn't have helped. You are amazing, thank you.

Came into the Ravenscourt Park store and the person was putting the toppings on with his hands. I watched him prepared over 12 pizzas and no washing hands. Terrible if you’re a vegetarian or have allergies. Couldn’t eat the pizza knowing his dirty hands was spreading my cheese and toppings 😞 avoid!!!! And please teach your staff to wash their hands and wear gloves!! Thanks

I’m giving a 5 star review simply for Annad (I’m so sorry if I’ve spelt that wrong). She was literally the SWEETEST person ever and was so understanding, there was an error in my order and she sorted it out super efficiently. It’s rare that you get people like that x

So utterly disappointed in the pizza I ordered on last week.
It was burned and tasteless. It was like eating old chewing gum you found on the ground.
The crust- let's say that it could definitely warrant for an emergency trip to the dentist if you tried to take a bite from it. You would definitely be at risk breaking a tooth. The tomato sauce was completely bland. And I asked for mushrooms on top. Well it wasn't even a whole buttercup mushroom.
I had not even half slice, the rest I had to throw. Complete waste of money 😡

If you’re seeing this…it’s too late. Unfortunately for us, we didn’t see the awful the reviews until after we had waited an hour and a half for our order. We could see on the live tracker that our driver was about 5 minutes from our house for 40 minutes. We called Pizza Hut Hammersmith who kept telling us “5 minutes. 5 minutes”. Eventually after an hour and a half our driver arrives and refuses to hand over our order (baring in mind he only has half our order anyway) telling us he doesn’t think it’s ours even though he rang OUR doorbell. He starts ringing the doorbells of other houses on our street saying “oh no, it’s this number, it’s this number”. He finally checks our order number and decides it’s not our order, gets back on his bike and leaves. Moments later our order status updates online saying it’s been delivered. We call the store again who tell us there’s nothing they can do about it apart from refund us. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if the driver ate our food on the way here. In the end we placed another order at Dominos, Shepards bush who delivered within half an hour, would recommend them instead. Avoid Pizza Hut at all costs, if I could give it 0 stars I would.
