Pizza Hut Delivery

Was delivered without my drink. Phoned up the shop. Told I need to collect my drink. What is the point of delivery if I have to go and collect. They said they would try and deliver later. Never heard from them for an apology or seen my drink. Rip off and poor service from the store.

I ordered from this place quite hesitantly due to some of the poor reviews I have seen here, but I was pleasantly surprised with the service and food. The workers were understanding with me and my food was ready to be collected within 15 minutes. The food was delicious and piping hot. This Pizza Hut is definitely not as bad as it seems online, would recommend.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would do as even 1 star is not good enough. I placed my order and for over an hour, way past the time it said it should be delivered, the status never changed from 'your order is in the kitchen'. Then all of a sudden it changed to 'your order is being packed up' then straight to 'delivered'. I did not have my food. It was not here yet my money had been taken. I tried to call this branch 26 times over he period of an hour, my calls were not answered and on fact my calls were being terminated before even having he chance to be answered. I've had bad service from this site before, but I always like to give someone a second chance. More fool me. I am now out of pocket, with no food and although I've made a complaint online to customer services, they say it will be at least 3 days before they get around to dealing with my complaint. I cannot stress enough how much to avoid this place on green lanes. AVOID, AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!

I give one star because it won’t let me to review, the worse experience ever I order my food waited for 2hrs and on the app it said delivered but it haven’t been delivered ,I try to call while I was waiting no answer, the manager won’t speak they just said you’ll get your refund within 7-10 days . This is a joke I wish I have read the reviews before I order !

The food is average and the service could be from really good to extremely rude. You get what you paying for. The delivery time could be also extremely inaccurate.

They don’t answer the phone so you end up having to do the online help form, after a few days when they finally reply they will offer you a pizza hut voucher.
If I pay by cash/ debit card why shouldn’t I receive my money back the same way.
Ive only ordered pizza twice in the 4 years l’ve lived in the area, the voucher is useless to me and I’m definitely not ordering from them again. First time I receive pepperoni on the pizza second time incorrect and damaged food.

The customer service is awful and they lie a lot, you shouldn't expect any calls back. If you do have issues with them make sure to keep your evidence of calling them and any emails or a transcripts of the live chat incase you have to contact your bank about the order.

Food was hot, ready and waiting. That's where the positives stop. It tasted disgusting (I didn't know it was possible to mess up pizza) and the sides were pitiful. I don't usually write reviews this negative but I want to save others from the experience I had, I am very very sad I will not get my £30 back

that's what happened to me tonight is an acceptable, order a pizza and we wait more than 60 minutes, I called back to say to them the pizza is cold, and the manager the answer he give me warm it up, that's is unbelievable I'm not ordering anymore and he refused to give me his name.
