Pizza Hut Delivery

Ordering pizza from this pizza hut is just like purchasing a lucky dip lottery ticket because you never know how the pizza that's delivered to you will turn out to be.

We've been long time customers of pizza hut and decided to order two pizzas today from this branch.

Today's pizzas were the worst pizzas we have ever eaten.
What we received were two sauce drenched pizza bases, with the slightest bit of topping thrown on. Completely inedible.

It's just like throwing away money. We won't order from pizza hut again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Staff are rude and will laugh at you down the phone for requesting the chicken wings to be cooked extra for someone who’s pregnant (after receiving them undercooked), pizza dough can be raw, as you can see from the image it also has no sauce and is bland. The delivery driver looked into my home through the window and started asking about what I do and the price of items in my home.

Do yourself a favour and go to somewhere else.

After attempting to contact the restaurant itself, being laughed at AGAIN and having the phone put down on me repeatedly I reported it to HR.
Your shoddy company thought a £20 voucher would suffice for the behaviour of your staff and your undercooked food.

This pizza pictured here was meant to be the redemption order after an entire order was delivered RAW following the events above 😂 The original pizza was literally raw dough and the cheese wasnt even uniform - it was so undercooked you could see the individual cheese shavings.

The sign above the door should read “Circus” instead of Pizza Hut.

It’s actually not that bad. The pepperoni is well roasted and the cheese is good 🤔

Another crooks on the block.
I know times are getting harder but when they simply mug you you will wish their business to collapse.
They sent me wrong pizza smaller size I've ordered.spent 22 pounds got medium pizza some potatos and few grey looking chicken strips my dog wouldn't eat.
Simply disgusting and being mugged like this just shows you regard to their customers.
Pizza Hut need to pay better money to their staff I guess.
Also tried to call them nobody answered of course.
Now dealing with some bots online.

Really horrific experience. Pizzas delivered after an hour of ordering!! paid for extra sauces not delivered. Pizza delivered sticking to box and completely not eatable

Currently waiting for my delivery.
They don’t pick up the phone.
I don’t understand how a small delivery could take so long. (X2 cookie doughs and Ben and Jerry’s)
Taken my money and got nothing in return

I wish I could rate this Pizza Hut highly as I still prefer Pizza Hut to Dominoes but EVERY-TIME I try my luck, we receive either undercooked or overcooked pizza which is disappointing.

I now collect from Russel Square as that appears to be the last decent Pizza Hut in London .. disappointing. Please improve.

Never using this Pizza Hut again. Ordered pizza, side and soft drink through Uber Eats, pizza and side were wrong items on delivery. Contacted this division directly and the employee deflected any responsibility and hung up on me. Shocking service in response to an incorrect order
