Pizza Hut

Customer service has greatly improved from last visit. Plenty of parking, wasn't busy at the time and food came out fast.

We had a lovely evening meal. We shared a pizza with the kids since prices are very expensive, as is everything these days. The staff were a little slow to sit us down but got all the kids colouring stuff ready and showed us straight to a table. They encouraged us to order through their electronic system on our phone which worked but was a little impersonal. Food was very quick, salad bar clean and fresh, drinks a little slow but self service. Overall we enjoyed all the food and it was quick to come, service was average.

Does what is says on the tin really. Food was ok the salad bar was a bit empty and one dimensional though. To be fair pretty much light touch service all ordering is done online. The goat pizza was nice though, garlic bread was very greasy which was a shame. Overall good visit nothing more to say really.

Very good experience, pizza was excellent and staff were very friendly and attentive. We had a good deal two for one with meerkat meals which was good value for money. This is the second time we have visited after another excellent experience a week ago. The restaurant was also very clean and tidy.

This was the first time I had ever eaten here with my family and i was happy with the service, food, freshness and general taste however the prices do not justify the simplicity of what a Pizza is how a 8 slice Pizza dubbed XL is actually a standard large and Two Medium well that one is quite accurate Medium excluding any extra or style like stuffed crust they equated to over £40 with few extra like pineapple on the two medium and stuffed crust on the so called XL it then pushed the prices beyond the £50 mark im just trying to find the justification of such prices and to add just a little insult to the price very small amount of cheese that was scattered on each Pizza now where you can see more sauce than cheese is rather concerning.

Opted for one of their lunch buffets and would definitely go again.

We arrived at 11.45 and had the run of the restaurant, naturally we chose the largest booth in the middle for two of us.

Because of the time of day, all pizza was cooked fresh and almost to order providing all the favourites.

Salad bar was well stocked but its the tomato pasta that is the real winner.

1 refillable glass shares between us was the way to go.

As far as national chains go, enjoy the monopoly and keep at it as Dominos and Papa Johns do not have this offering.

Bargain at £10 per head for all you can eat.

Extremely oily pizza. Even a napkin couldn't save the grease.
Had the buffet, 2 bits of pizza sat on the hot plate for 30mins before any more was cooked (wasn't even near 3pm), no garlic bread. Lettuce in the bacon bits.

Overall one fast food experience can be much like another, the food at one Pizza Hut realistically being much the same as another, what puts them apart IMO, is the customer service. London rd Pizza Hut in Wellingborough, the number of times I’ve been there, has been excellent. A particular shout out to Denise C. Outstanding.
