American Pizza Kentish Town

I always order Pizza from American Pizza and will always do so.The best and finest pizza ever,all the staff are cool and down to earth happy people. There pizza always piping hot and delivery on time. The best and delicious pizza get in low price in my town which is called Kentish town :)

DIGUSTINGLY RUDE STAFF. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SILLY EXCUSE OF A RESTAURANT. Waited over an hour for delivery for my little brother to call them then they lie say they didn’t receive it, cancel the order while on the phone then hang up the phone. Save yourself the bother from ordering from this nasty establishment.

Used to order from here every week as pre 2020 but after that their pizza bases have became stodgy and not light and fluffy and they must have switched from using good quality cheese or mozzarella to the cheapest quality cheese which makes the pizzas taste terrible bland and makes them so greasy that they are now inedible. Gave them a few orders after that just to see if it was a one off but no this place has gone from a solid 8/10 to a 1/10

One of the worst pizzas I have had. The base tastes stale and frozen the sauce tastes like ketchup the cheese seems very cheap and the toppings far from fresh. The garlic bread also is small and has hardly any cheese. By far the worst pizza in the area

Decent food good prices can't lie I see a few reviews that i almost believed but glad I didn't food was on point. Wings were small n tasty. Pizza was nice to even took some to work the next day n it was good

DISGRACEFUL AND RUDE STAFF. Do not order from here EVER. I made an order for a simple 15 inch margherita. The driver delivered the food to the wrong address, then came to us with a cold pizza and the toppings damaged. We phoned the store who HUNG UP THE PHONE when we were trying to speak with them. They repeatedly insisted that there was no manager in store. They told us to phone Uber Eats who said it was not their problem but the store's. We phoned the takeaway again who HUNG UP A SECOND TIME. They said they would contact me again after staff had spoken with Uber but this never happened. For a 12 pound pizza, the staff were rude, impolite, incompetent and completely cutthroat. Disgusting.

My sister called in to make a complaint because 1 of the 2 pizzas were burnt and there was barely any toppings on the pizzas. But the guy was quite adamant that the pizza wasn't burnt and there were toppings because 'he made it with his own hands' as quoted. But ended up being really aggressive towards my sister over the phone and even started being racially abusive to her over the phone. So I took the pizza walked all the way down to the place just to show the guy it was burnt. He called police on me but they couldn't find the place when they turned up so left. My sister came down to complain and she noticed hygiene was very poor they were handling money at the same time while handling food products without gloves of course. No hair nets were being used and there were traps on the counters at the back which could been seen. Absolutely abysmal.
