Pizza Hut Delivery

Worst pizza hut ever. 2nd time i ordered veg pizza with meat on it. This time chicken pieces which were consumed by my mother. They want to give me free pizzas in return. Absolutely shocking. Clearly a bunch of scum lowlifes working there who laugh hysterically in the background during phone call. I have kept the pizza and will take this forward and look to be compensated for the utter disappointment this branch has created.
Even the black olives dumped on one slice.

Ordered food it arrived after over 1hr wait. The pizza was completely cold, lopsided, dough damaged, lacked any sauce and the box crushed like it had been dropped and stepped on. The cookie dough also was squashed and damaged. We called right away and were on put hold, not even an apology but a discount for next time offered. Requested they refund & collect as not acceptable (which they cannot do they said). Had to reheat in oven and when we attempted to eat the pizza was horrible. So threw it away. Have called 4 times to follow up on refund as it has been promised, then their syetem is down. All kinds of excuses. AVOID, AVOID. Can see why they have 2 stars out of five. Still await the refund.. has been 3 weeks!!!

Terrible. Turned up about 2 hrs after ordering.
You can see from the photos, the food quality is aweful. Hard to find the cheese on the garlic bread with cheese (or either pizza - one of them was supposed to be with extra cheese!), The pizza bread was horrible - dry and hard around the edges, soft and soggy in the middle. Hardly any toppings.
Never going to order from this branch again. Since I'm not able to select other stores for delivery, I guess that means ordering from elsewhere in the future.

Well I should have read the reviews on this pizza hut before ordering, but I took it for granted. Worse pizza I ever had, certainly not the standard of Pizza Hut I have had before.

What a soggy oily mess! Wasted my money. I won't buy from here again, today was my first and will be my last time buying! Smh

I have done collection here about 4 times. The staff are always friendly when you collect. The pizza itself is the standard Pizza Hut standard/taste. I recommend

Nice pizza, perfect tbh. Also got complimentary ice cream because the app had told me it was ready when it wasn't. Nice team

They are not take responsibility for delivery even from their website. Ordered pizza for kids online directly on their website. When the delivery time was run out, deliveryman called and we found that he arrived at the wrong place (I provided correct address), and said that he didn't care, 'not going to deliver the order and 'I'm wasting his money'. I called to pizza hut to sort it out and they decided to redelivery new same order to the same address and thought how they could apologize for situation providing new estimation time during 30 min. After 40 min there is no pizza (it came ~10 min later) and we called again to understand situation and ask about compensation due to we already started to feed kids another food due to they was very hungry! But manager said that nothing is going to be provided and refunded due to it's nor their responsibility for delivery (really???? I ordered directly from you!) and they are good man because made new order with small bottle of pepsi, which noone drinks (likely it was a compensation). I suggested to claim from their delivery service because it was their fault, but I was ignored. As result, kids were not happy due to they waited for pizza, pizza was not eaten due to we feed then alternative food after waiting for almost 1 hour (parents had another ordered food, but spicy for children), deliveryman didn't care and it's ok, manager didn't care much and it's ok.
I'm sure it's a terrible service I've ever had.
