Pizza Hut Delivery

Absolutely amazing customer service, the best this year in fact! I accidentally ordered a medium size pizza with the wrong ingredients. I contacted them and they kindly offered to re-deliver a large pizza with the ingredients I wanted with no extra cost! Its so cold outside and they were so accomodating and lovely! The food was fab too, arrived hot and cooked well! Very impressed, 10/10 service and food quality!

Avoid at all cost
Ordered through app and recieved no order at all , was late at night 11.30pm. Rang up and that night and was told to ring up next day for refund.

I rang up manager and he says i need to contact Pizza hut head office to request them to look into it. Ive contacted my bank fraud team and they are starting an investigation.

AVOID AT ALL COST SERIOUSLY

The manager name Anam was very helpful.

They always deliver pretty quick to N11 area and the pizzas are nice, I get it as delivery once a week and no problems. Thanks.

They NEVER get the orders right when delivered..never!!
End up with staving children waiting for the right foods to come again.
If you ring on a tel number they cant find on their system, they refuse to talk to you for order enquiries!! UNBELIEVABLE!
The answer the phone with "hello.. yes??" numerous times now. I ask is this Pizza Hut?.. "yes" and then nothing. When making price/order enquiries for advance food collection, he refused to tell me anything useful on the phone, and put the phone down on me while still talking. Never spoken to anyone so rude.

Tried to order a delivery, they are 1.9 miles from me, said they won't as its too far, asked to querie this with a manager, he was rude from the start of the conversation, relayed his message that they won't deliver due to their system, then said hes 'got stuff to do' and hung up. Amazing customer service skills demonstrated.

Super fast delivery, food piping hot!

I got a raw half cooked pizza last night after 40mins wait for collection. I saw the chef going in and out as he was also on delivery duties. I've tried to call to complain but no answer. This has completely put me off pizza hut, actually it's put me off pizza.
