Pizza Hut Delivery

Ordered and collected a pizza on Friday evening, walked in to the shop and the workers was listening to drum and base very loud. Received my food, got home to eat and the pizza and wedges was ridiculously undercooked. My pizza was so soggy and the wedges was like hard potato. Very disappointed as I normally enjoy.

Wow what a fantastic takeaway me and my partner ordered last night! We had the exclusive Christmas pizza, garlic bread cheese tear & share, chicken strips and cheesy triangles. Everything was hot and delicious! I don’t usually order Pizza Hut takeaway as domino’s is just at the bottom of the road, however now I’ve been turned! The food is just stunning and I’m so excited for my next order! Merry Christmas to the team at Pizza Hut Delivery Mansfield 😄

Preordered for lunch, only for the order to be cancelled with no reasons. When I tried to ring to reorder, the phone constantly rang without answer. Gave up and went back to dominos, where my custom will now be staying.

Good delivery, good service yet the pizza is that greasy that it wrecked my sofa putting down the pizza box! 🍕

Ridiculous, I ordered pizzas plus pepsi, I didn't receive the pepsi, I called twice, I spoke to Menager, she promised to send it, I never got the pepsi ... I don't recommend, I paid for something and I didn't get it. Totally disrespectful to the customer.

The worst experience we have had! Ordered on a busy Saturday so appreciated that it might take a while to get to us and we were ok with this.
They gave us an estimated time of arrival which was great.
An hour after the ETA and we had heard nothing. The online system said we should have had it and didn’t update the whole time.
I tried to call their number 30x and every time there was either an engaged tone or it rang out.
Shock behaviour.
To top it all off 1.5hrs late he turned up and didn’t have our drink or dip.
Still no answer from the shop.
WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN.

Absolutely diabolical. Ordered food at 18.24 tried calling them several time ( 36 times) lines are busy all the time. Food still hadn't arrived at 20.40. Don't bother ordering

EDIT : after waiting 2.5 hours pizza finally turned up, pizza was cold and soggy.

Took two hours to be delivered, food was mediocre, we called asking whether we would have an ETA and got offered free food as compensation for it being so late and we never received it, wouldn't return nor recommend.
