Favourite Pizza

It is a shame that the ownership changed, what was easily the best pizza in town due to it's moist topping and fluffy yet crispy deep pan base has been replaced by what I can only describe as bottom of the barrel kebab shop pizza. Toppings are still tasty so there is hope. Chef, if you are reading this please Please work on your pizza base!

I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and a coca cola, it came piping hot but it smelt funny when I opened the box.. like somebody had wiped the hand on the behind and smeared it across the hot cheese, melting into the pizza. I could be wrong but it smelt that way. Other than that the coca cola was lovely, helped to wash it down afterwards.

Called to ask about some of the ingredients and as some of the other reviews have confirmed (see Arlee’s review) the customer service was horrendous.
It’s almost as though customers are an imposition on them and they don’t want the custom. Never seen that before and would recommend steering clear because seems as though if you need to discuss anything with anyone you’ll have no chance.

Pizzas were on time, thoroughly enjoyed. The delivery lady was very nice too and that is what’s missing with anywhere else.

I phoned them as was ordering from just eat. one of the deals said pizza / starter and 3 drinks. it only let me select 2 cans so i phoned them to confirm which they did. I therefore ordered. they then just cancelled my order! i phoned them back to ask why. it is very clear on just eat that there are 3 pizza deals pertaining to number of people ie: 1 can - 1 person / 2 cans - 2 people and deal 3 - 3 cans 3 people. I tried to explain this but the restaurant just put the phone down on me. I now have to wait a few days for my refund. Absolutely shocking customer service.

My daughter ordered a Pizza via deliveroo, it never arrived these people use their own drivers not deliveroo drivers and they refuse to refund, they hang up every time we call to try and resolve it - DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES!

Used to be a lovely pizza shop but unfortunately not anymore, I ordered a pizza from here and was not impressed, looked like a shop brought one and was burnt

Been going to them for years, never had any problems until the last couple of orders where the pizza's had the wrong ingredients on them. The garlic bread was awful and when I rang to speak to the own it wasn't the original owner but was told he was. Thought it was a bit odd....to later find out the bloke running it was not from the area at all and was just temporarily there, so now it makes sense that the food wasn't up to scratch and to be lied too as well just make the experience not great and feel mugged off! What else are they not doing by the book?
