Pizza Hut Delivery

Ordered a two large classic crust pizza deal, it arrived late and the crust was like cardboard with stale ingredients, over cooked to hide the quality of the ingredients. Garlic bread stale dry and over cooked. Complained to PizzaHut directly and all they offered was to talk to the managers and credit me with their ‘pizza slice’ loyalty scheme.
Really disgusted with the quality of the food and lack of care from their head office. I will not eat or order at Pizza Hut again.

Edit. after a couple more emails requesting a senior manager intervention, I got my money back. I don’t think I will order from Pizza Hut again though.

Ordered pizza and sides. Its been nearly an hour and a half and still no food even though delivery said 20 minutes. We have we spend 20 minutes on hold trying to ring the restaurant. Absolute joke. Highly wouldn't recommend ordering from here.

Edit: food turned up 2 hours late, was on hold for nearly 45 minutes and the food was cold...

Amazing customer service.
I accidentally put collection when I needed delivery, I spent under the minimum order for delivery but could not collect as a single parent and my baby was in bed. They delivered the food free of charge. Was very grateful. Food amazing also

2 large pizza taken 1 hour and 30 minutes. I could of walked and collected it in the time it took it to deliver. Was on the phone for 10 minutes trying to find out how long it would be. Shocking service..

Terrible standards.. Half of the pizza slice got nothing on it.

Not worthy of any stars. Ordered food at 6pm, it's now 11.30pm, no food. tried calling this place 54 times but no response yet they were happy to take the money. Not the first issue with this place, if there's no delivery of food,it's being spoken to by rude members of staff. Will definitely not be ordering from here again

Will not order again. Order arrived late wrong and cold. Told driver to take the order back as it was cold. But he totally ignored me going out to him and drove off. Called back and manager said will send again. I didn’t want to wait for another 2 hours

The woman who answered the call on Saturday the 31st December 2022, is absolutely awful.
What a disgrace to the company!
