We ordered online and they took payment, but they didn't deliver the pizza and they don't answer the phone. We will need to pursue a chargeback against them in hopes of getting the money... And go to bed without eating as this was the dinner plan tonight. Awful experience, and completely unacceptable. I'll never order from Pizza Hut again!
Update... It just arrived. Just before midnight and we ordered a little after 9. Lukewarm and sloppy food. Friendly driver said he's from a different store and we should get a refund for the lateness. Let's see.

First time trying it in the UK- Got a delivery from Pizza Hut. Was quite disappointed, didn't have the usual "Pizza Hut" quality (as in other places). The pizza itself was ok. Chicken wings (BBQ) had a weird taste, didn't like it.

Ordered pizzas and it never arrived!! Tracker stayed at 'being prepared' and never changed. Never answered the phone when calling the restaurant. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

DO NOT ORDER

Absolute joke of a shop.

2hours after ordering I've had to come to the shop myself. Did not go out for delivery for 1hr 40mins. Shop stopped answering my calls.

I get to the shop, woman with a bad attitude tells me I didn't answer he text so she gave up delivering, couldn't find an address on a main road with instructions provided.

At time of writing waiting for order to be remade.

I intend to get full refund also. Night ruined.

Terrible. Ordered pizza over two and a half hours ago, and it’s still not arrived. Manager has told us that the driver ‘probably ate it’. Absolute joke. Avoid at all costs.

This hut doesn't have any of its own drivers, they outsource it to deliveroo (not that they tell you that in advance). When something goes wrong with your order, they're not able to get in touch with the driver or arrange a redelivery and wouldn't even refund me. When I called, the guy on the phone's only advice was for me to order from another pizza place. I had to wait a week for the head office team to return my money and didn't even get a voucher for my trouble, so I essentially lent them £35 for a week.

Ordered pizzas online, got a confirmation e-mail the food never arrived so I've called them to hear the store is closed? Stealing money from their customers and extremely rude staff on the phone. Never again

Went to collect food but was told they had no change available! I Was then asked to go to the nearest shop to ask for change
