Will not recommend to anyone! Had the pizza and nachos. The pizza was soggy tasted bland. The nachos where completely burnt very hard, seemed to be old and just reheated, couldn’t even take one proper nacho out. Highly disappointed would never order from them again.

I called them to confirm the order made online. The guy on the phone said: Yes we have it! Hot sauce instead of sweet chilli! - He read it out loud to my phone. I was like - cool, thanks mate. See the photo what I received - even the delivery driver was embarassed. Just passed me the pizza with one hand while stepping away already... Didn't even wait for the tip. I seriously laughed to myself - bunch of kids!

Gave me the wrong order , I ordered 2 large pizzas and asked for barbecue base on both but instead I received tomato and I asked for classic crist without garlic as I can't eat garlic and guess what, they game me garlic. To top it off the last time i ordered they didn't have an item I paid for so they said next time they'll bring me one but guess what they forgot that too. Will never order from here again, these people are just plain stupid!

Ordered a veggie pizza with vegan cheese and gluten free base (medium). I was slightly disappointed to receive a phone call minutes after placing the order that they had run out of vegan cheese (just bad luck) but I highly appreciate that they did inform me about it. The size of the vegan pizza could’ve been a little bigger in my opinion as it looked small in comparison to the other ordinary medium sized pizza we ordered. Overall, great taste and timely delivery 👍

I LOVE the pizza from this place! We regularly order from here and the staff are always super helpful. It's one of the most delicious pizzas, I love the cookie dough with ice cream & just tried the beyond meat garlic tear and share bread! It was divine 😋 highly recommend this place ❤️

Always the best experience. Lots of choice, good quality pizzas and sides. Super quick delivery so food is always hot when it arrives. Have been ordering for years and will continue to do so

Today we had one of the worst experiences ever. We had a pizza credited in our account as we had an unfortunate incident on our previous delivery. My husband called to have it delivered today. On the phone the manager confirmed it will be 40-45 minutes. 1 hour goes by, we call back to the store and they say to us that it's very busy and it will take another 20 minutes. At this point, we are upset. 40 Vs 80 minutes is very different!!! Another 30 minutes go by, we call the restaurant and the manager says that we spoke to another manager and that's why we had the wrong timing. At that point we said what is going on, what are we supposed to do 1.5 hours later? And he hang up the phone!!! That's their customer service, HE HANG UP THE PHONE. To top it all off, the pizza arrived completely cold AND wrong!! I'm not sure what that pizza was, but it wasn't a pan pizza. This is Definitely the last time I am ever ordering from this place and will definitely try and report them to the parent company as this is completely unacceptable.

Really poor, Just Eat + pizza hut got the wrong oder delivered! worth over £60. I'm still waiting for a refund!!! Mest up our evening! Never again!
